Flight changed so ended up keeping car extra 3 hrs. Got charged a full day. Ended up walking in 90degree to airport no one around for shuttle service. Big disaster. Not happy at all

This past trip we had a Chevy Malibu and were extremely impressed. I usually shop around for the best price and offers each time we go on a trip and Enterprise has won our business each time. Because of the customer service, ease of renting, and price I rarely look elsewhere. The customer service reps in both upper Peach St. office and the Erie PA airport are great! I had only one negative experience with the customer service reps in Anderson SC office when I had car problems with the Chrysler 200S. They told me to come in and they would swap it out, but when I got there 20 minutes later, they told me they didn't have any cars on the lot and I would have to go to Greenville SC offices, which is in the opposite direction. They were not helpful and made me feel like it was my fault. But on a whole my experience with Enterprise has been phenomenal and I plan on checking with Enterprise first before our next trip in May...
