But….there was no one at the counter when I arrived. I waited an hour and know one showed up. Unfortunately, I have to report that you cannot count on this car rental when flying into Erie :(

Flight changed so ended up keeping car extra 3 hrs. Got charged a full day. Ended up walking in 90degree to airport no one around for shuttle service. Big disaster. Not happy at all
