That location is always busy but its refreshing to see someone with such great customer service. I used to use the Peach Street location but im sold on this location now because of her. Please give her a raise, she deserves it! I tell all my clients thats the go to place.

I made a reservation online Sunday night for Tuesday and received confirmation only to receive a call the next day telling me they were fully booked and needed to cancel my reservation.I understand that I booked on short notice, but if there are no vehicles available the system should not allow a customer to make and confirm a reservation. I am traveling to Toronto for a concert and have a significant amount of money tied up in hotel accommodations and tickets. Being in a smaller city like Erie also means there are very limited rental options. What was most frustrating was simply being told the reservation had to be canceled rather than feeling like there was an effort to find a solution. I just wanted some effort made to help honor a reservation that Enterprise accepted and confirmed. They could reach out to one of the larger surrounding cities. A confirmed reservation should mean something or at the very least the company should make every reasonable effort to find an alternative before leaving a customer without transportation the day before pickup. Very inconvenient and disappointing.
