  Big shout out to both Mike and Carrie for going out of their way to help me out when I lost the keys to my RV. Carrie came to my house and opened the door so I could at least get inside where I was hoping there was a key, but no luck so she is going to order new keys for me and drop them off when they come in. Thank you both so much!

  Went to Boyers for a specialty part for an old camper ('93). Then woman in the parts department was very helpful, great consumer server, and went above and beyond.

  Don't ever buy a camper here or an extended warranty. They tried to charge us shipping on the part for our camper that was under warranty. Then they call us Friday say it done being fixed and ready to pick up Saturday. We drive and hour and a half or more, get there and tell us that there still maybe an issue with what it was there for. Go grab lunch and come back. So we do get back and sure enough something still wrong. It is working but making noise, we can take it, they will order another part and we can bring it back to be fixed. We have had it back for hot water tank throwing a code when you use it they say it's fine, toilet seat doesn't stay on right, sit down and feels like you going to hit the floor, put in whole new toilet and still not right. Would not recommend buying or service work here at all.

  Dropped RV off for warranty work 9/30/25. Picked it up 12/29/25. Still not done. Terrible customer service by Pascal in the service depth. Must be the bosses kid.

  Went to look at RVs. Sales person obviously wanted to be doing anything else besides helping us.
