  Tree damage. Needs new lift gate and repair roof. They called me when the new lift gate came in so I could drop the car off. One week later I received a text that the work has begun. I complained that I'd been without a car for a week and no work has been done on it. They said no, that's just a text the computer generates and that work has been done on it. I get a call a day later that the roof can't be repaired and they'll order a new one, and that i could have the car back for a couple weeks until the new roof comes in. When I pick it up I see that no work has been done on the car at all. I'll be without the car again for 2 more weeks so they can, as they said, "do it all at one time". If I was still working I guess it would have cost me $600 to rent a car for the week to go back and forth to work.

  Took my vehicle to Bonnell’s for hail damage. Excellent customer service. Easy drop off and great communication while they had my vehicle. My vehicle looks brand new again.

  Quality and timely completion of the repair work to my 2024 Explorer. Dealt with the insurance company directly while keeping me updated on the progress of repairs. Returned my vehicle cleaner than when dropped off for repairs. HIGHLY recommend Bonnell’s for all repairs!!

  I handed in my 2021 civic to them on September 4th for an estimate and repair for hail damage that was estimated by another company at $4,000. While turning in the vehicle I go through the paper work and I signed up to get text updates so I know what's happening to my vehicle. I also asked and received an estimated completion date of September 15th. Throughout the week I receive updates to my vehicle with the first coming on September 7th stating that my repair is on the way. On the 8th I receive a call from the mechanic saying that the estimate is now $8,400 in repair costs and they need approval for the new estimate. Friday the 11th, I get another text update stating that "We are on track Jacob for 09/15/2026." so its safe for me to assume the insurance was figured out and repairs were being done great! I get a final message on Monday the 14th stating that they are "nearing completion. If we encounter any delays, we'll call you." so im glad im finally able to get my vehicle after almost 2 weeks of not having the vehicle. It now comes to the day I am told my car is completed and I never receive another update. Knowing the store closes at 5:30PM, I give them till 3:00 before I make my call asking about an update to the car. I learned a couple things from this conversation with the front desk lady. 1.My car has not been touched and was still waiting on insurance approval from the prior week. 2. The text updates blatantly lied to me. 3. There was really no updates and my car has been sitting around since the 4th. As a college student, i need a car. So if I needed to rent a vehicle, it would be estimated on enterprise $741 for an economy class rental from the 4th to the 16th (12 days). I say the 16th because after getting a status update from the mechanic on that day, the car was driven back to the location so I could drive it while they wait for approval. TLDR: My car sat in their parking lots for 12 days while I was fed automated updates everything was going well. Would not recommend to anyone whos insurance doesn't provide a rental or to anyone who expects realistic updates to the work being done on their vehicles.

  My 2025 Hr-v and my daughter's 2023 Hr-v had extensive hail damage and they finished mine first and it's BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you so much for putting it back together again and making the whole process from picking up my rental to dropping it off so seamless and convenient...You guys do amazing work!
