  Thanks to the Audi service department and especially Mike for squeezing in our Q8 etron for an alignment after all four tires needed to be replaced. We are from Maryland and needed to get the alignment done before our trip back home the next day. The shuttle and service team were outstanding.

  Have gone here a few times all of witch have been told the job I needed done would only take at max 2 hours then I procced to waste 5 hours of my day sitting here waiting for the car. Not to mention today 7/28/26 we brought in our Audi at 11am were told it should be done in about 2 hours. Well 2 hours and 44 minutes later we go to the desk to be told our car hasn’t even been touched and no one knew the car was here even tho it was literally sitting in there shop right I front of the desk and main door no one knew due to pure laziness and lack of work ethic you can’t just not know a car is there when you have to pull cars around it and walk by it for hours

  We were on a road trip when our brake fluid light came on and everyone here was so helpful and kind! We were able to get back on the road quickly and felt much better about the rest of our trip.

  More interested in up selling work that isn't needed than they are with fixing the actual issue. This is strictly related to the Audi tech that does not like to be questioned.
