They had the part I needed which was a battery but they sold me a install kit which I really didn't need and knew wouldn't work but they just automatically put it on there and didn't stop to talk to me. They did install the battery. They did not clean off the battery posts with a post cleaner. Maybe a little more training.

Service sucks now the guys working could care less and if they have to do a little extra to help solve an issue it ain't going to happen. Forgot to get a receipt from a purchase because I thought they emailed them I called 30 minutes after my purchase because I didn't get an email they said they could not email me my receipt or print me one out. Makes me think that they are pocketing the cash on items sold without a receipt

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
