  Mavis in Ephrata, PA are our heros!!! On an early evening before a long holiday with temperatures soaring above 100, The Ephrata Mavis team of Nate, Dan and Alex repaired our tire in just a few minutes. They even provided us with cool drinks on such a scorching day. These men worked all day in this extreme heat and still made us feel like family. Professional and Friendly,

  I found out I had a flat tire and I was able to drive in and get it quickly fixed. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful.

  Walked in for a tire repair and service was quick. The place is very clean and everyone was really friendly. They came out with some suggestions of things that will need to be checked in the future, but were not pushy at all. Overall a really great experience and will definitely be coming back.

  Such a wonderful team. My tire got a hole on Memorial Day weekend. I went back and forth with Zoe, who helped me get an appointment. She then adjusted it when I was unable to fill the tire temporarily in time to get to the shop. She was so patient and kind, and helped me change the appointment. She even got me in the day before Memorial Day, knowing I had to travel back home and would be stranded if I didn’t get it fixed. She squeezed me in to an already tight schedule. Again, she was so nice and professional throughout everything. Thank you to Zoe and the team for all of your help!

  Amazing service every time! They take me in at my scheduled time and always check in on my appointment ahead of time which is a nice courtesy. The people at the front desk as well as the mechanics/technicians treat you as if you’re one of their friends or family and always keep things real, a family member of mine went to Mavis to get his breaks look at as they were squeaking with use and we all thought they for sure needed replaced, the technicians spent some time looking at them and realized they were all good just some strong break dust causing some noise on use and charged him nothing for the check up or break cleaning when they easily could’ve took advantaged of the situation! Genuine 100% honest service, would strongly recommend scheduling a visit with Mavis in Ephrata for your car troubles!
