  I end up with nails in my tires often due to my line of work. Zoe and the team always find a way to squeeze me in and take care of me when I randomly show up. They always provide honest feedback and never try to upsell anything that isn’t necessary.

  Dealing with Nate and Dalton was a pleasure. They are both courteous and friendly. I felt like I was speaking with friends. Their honesty and professionalism were refreshing in this day and age. Nate went out of his way to accommodate my needs to stay within budget and help me make the right decisions for my car. I have trusted Mavis for several years now and in several states that I lived in. All were good but this one was above and beyond. Thanks guys.

  Rear tire was almost flat, figured it was a bad leak since it was full when I left for work and I knew the rear tires were on their last leg and took it to them. The other rear tire was almost bald as well so I asked if they could replace both of them as I was there anyway. They were super polite, respectful, and very easy to do business with and worked me in very soon. Been here before and always great people to deal with

  I had a tire with a very slow leak. They said they would check it out which they did. They found a leaking valve stem which they replaced for me. When I asked the cost they would not charge me. When I need tires will be checking them out for sure. This was at the Ephrata store, great customer service.Wish I would have gotten the tech's name who helped me out.

  I needed an oil change in the worst way before a big trip. I called in to see what are the odds they can squeeze me an hour before close! They put me on hold for 30 seconds and said absolutely just be here by 8:15pm! They easily could’ve said no but no they said YES and helped a girl out! Unbelievably greatful for all the staff there on that Thursday evening!!! Don’t remember names or I would do a personal shout out! I do remember the one gentleman had a braid and there was a woman with cute nails! All great staff it seemed! Will be back!
