  Had a very expensive Jaguar windshield replaced through insurance using Capital Auto Glass. The installation was perfect and the recalibration of all the safety equipment was handled properly and professionally. I can’t say enough good things about Capital Auto Glass. Thank you!

  STAY AWAY! In July of 2024 I took my car to Capital Auto Glass for an oil change. After 2-3,000 miles, my car threw an alert on my dashboard to shut the car off immediately, there was an oil issue. I then took it to another auto garage, PA Auto Glass, within a few miles of my home. They mechanic came out and apologized for it taking so long to do a simple oil change. He pulled me out into the bay. He stated the previous place that changed my oil used LOCTITE on my oil filter to get it to stay. It was not seated properly. He then showed me the chunks of crud around the top of the engine where the oil gets poured in. He stated there was no oil in my engine when they pulled the drain plug from the oil pan. He asked where I took it last and I told them Capital Auto Glass. He shook his head and said they get so many calls with complaints about that place because they have a similar name. Fast forward to two years and I now need an engine. My engine is a hair shy of 115,000 miles. I called Capital Auto Glass to give them the opportunity to fix the problem, and they denied they have any responsibility in the issue. I get this is two years later and when I spoke with the tow-truck driver and my normal mechanic, they BOTH advised the aftermath of this poor service would take time for the issues to show. I never had issues before I took my car there and ever since, I have had nothing but problems. I was constantly having to add oil. Oil changes are every 5,000 miles which I got done like clockwork religiously. Why would I think I would have an issue 2,000 - 3,000 miles after I had a routine oil change. I filed a complaint with the BBB and when I searched for the company, there was someone else who had written a negative review saying that had issues after an oil change as well. Please think twice...

  Great customer service! I took my car in for a windshield repair. They got me in the same day and fixed my chipped windshield in less than 30min. Very affordable prices! Great service and very pleased with it! I would recommend and will take my car in again without a doubt. Thank you!
