  I was passing through Emmaus this afternoon on my way to the Poconos, when my subaru of 13+ years started smelling strongly of oil. I was traveling alone with my baby and immediately started getting nervous. When I pulled into the parking lot of this store and popped the hood to see what was going on, my oil cap was missing! We went into the store and the staff immediately put me at ease. They told me the baby and I could stay in the air-conditioning as long as we needed while Karl looked up oil caps and went above and beyond by calling other stores and looking for a temporary replacement cap in case he couldn't find anything that fit in the store. He even located a cap for me at another store and was willing to pick it up for me this afternoon. In the meantime both Karl and David tried different temporary replacement oil caps and eventually found one that fit. They also gave me helpful tips on how to clean under the hood and check for further oil issues, plus gave me a discount on the temporary replacement cap. Thanks to their kindness, excellent customer service, and quick thinking, I made it safely to my destination and was able to call the garage I usually go to, explain the situation, and order an official subaru replacement oil cap.

  Watching Videos on there Phone rather then waiting on Customers. It was Sunday but I was the only one in the store.Then Bruce came thru. No problem service. Thanks. I’d be watching videos too if I were old and near deaf still working Sunday.

  I went in to get a windshield wiper and I was shushed by an employee who told me he was the "commercial" guy. I didn't know he was on the phone and he could have said it nicer. He should be fired. Zero customer service from him. I am only giving this a 3 star because there was a woman who saw me struggling to put the windshield wiper blade on my car and went out of her way to help me. Give her a promotion and fire the shusher!

  I just left auto zone and I am very disappointed in my experience. I went there for wiper blades and asked the guy at the front desk for help and he tried to up-sale me. When I questioned if he had cheaper blades he lied and said not in stock and he could not get them shipped to the store. Very unfortunate and poor customer service. He got upset when I refused the sale and chose to go elsewhere.

  needed a quick in and out on my lunch break for sealant. i fail to see how if im the only customer why i waited as long as i did. please put in self check out of man the registers.
