I had a flat tire “emergency” on my way to work and they were very accommodating as they were able to look at my vehicle within 15 minutes and they found the puncture and plugged my tire and I wasn’t even late for work thanks to their prompt service. The technician’s name was Brian, and he was professional and courteous, and on top of the fast and good service they did not charge me anything for it. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I visited Mavis Discount Tire specifically to have my tires inspected and check the tread depth before deciding whether replacement was actually necessary. I had also placed an online request in advance.
However, without first discussing the tire tread depth or condition with me, the team started the tire replacement process. I expected the tires to be inspected first, with the tread depth and condition explained to me, so I could make an informed decision before approving the replacement.
I was also not clearly informed about tire balancing or what other services were being performed as part of the tire replacement. I believe the shop should proactively explain what is included in the service, along with any additional services or charges, before proceeding.
The manager could also be more proactive in welcoming and acknowledging incoming customers. A simple greeting and brief discussion about the customer's appointment would create a much better first impression.
Another suggestion is to provide customers with a few tire options from different brands and price ranges, explaining the differences in quality, warranty, performance, mileage, and price. This would allow customers to make an informed choice based on their driving needs and budget rather than simply accepting one option.
I hope this feedback helps Mavis serve customers better, improve communication, and provide a more transparent and customer-focused experience. Good communication before the work begins would make a significant difference.

I purchased 4 new tires from Mavis and noticed I had two screws in my tire. One very small that I'm sure didn't pierce the tire and the other screw I'm sure did. They never asked me at the time of purchase of the tires if I wanted the protection plan that I always get no matter where I purchase my tires. I had my truck inspected there too. The sent two tires home with me because they didn't need replaced. Anyway, they charged me 37.09. For one tire to be plugged. One plug. Never again Mavis! You won't get this Ole senior again! Q.

They literally fixed my tire so fast and were so kind and did it for free. I had all my kids in the car and was so stressed cause we are heading midwest later tonight and my husband is working 1 hr away from home today and wont get back until the evening before we head midwest.
I waited a bit and the came out to my car and took it in. All the kids were in the car it was so fast we barely noticed. I literally bawled my eyes out and it was worse when they told me it was on the house.
It has been a day so this act of kindness literally was such a God sent. They are amazing and would 100% recommend to anyone who asks.
