  EARNED my business! 0% for 5 years on the Equinox led to an exploratory effort car shoping, I dealt with five dealers who provided various issues before I came across McElwain on 7/3. I spoke on the phone with Adam Eddy about a 26 Equinox, he took down all my trade information, asked some additional questions, he called back shortly and said the Equinox I was looking at was actually sold, but indicated he would check and see if there was a dealer trade. Called back about an hour later with a possible trade but int included a sun roof, which I didn't want due to added cost and something that could go wrong that wouldn't be utilized. At this time he asked if I'd be willing to provide a refundable deposit to continue the search, which I agreed to. About 4 hours later he called with a 2027 in an acceptable color with all the packages I was looking for. He provided everything on paper (payment, trade value, interest rate) and let me know the trade would arrive on Monday. Made the nearly 2.5 hour trek and found everything exactly as Adam laid it out over the phone. Then I got to work with Tammy Mullen in finance another incredible person, provided some history of McElwain along the journey through paperwork. As a loyal GM owner, I have never had a salesman go above and beyond like Adam Eddy, he will without a doubt be my first call the next time I am in the market for a Chevy.

  Still having the same issue, Brian was very nice. I don’t understand what is going on with this car. I’ve never had this issue with any other car but when it happens, it’s very scary. I wish they could figure it out.

  I guess I am in the minority with my 1 star review. Inquired about buying a car and salesman Mark promptly called me back. We talked a bit and I tol him what I was looking for and what I could pay. He said he had a deal for $3000 down and $199 a month for 24 months. I repeated it to make sure. So I made an appointment for later that day. When I came in we went into his office and he sat down on the computer and said he had a great deal at money down and $399 a month! I asked what happened to the $ down and $199 a month. He said that didn't include all the fees! He should have told me that on the phone. I feel it was a ploy to get me into dealership. I was lied to. Tried to buy local but read rest of my reviews and u will see I ihad to go out of town to another dealership yesterday and did indeed get a quote on the phone and drove 45 minutes to buy! I told that salesman what happened to me and he agreed that just was a trick and not right! I would give 0 stars if I could!

  If you are looking for a new vehicle you have to check this dealership out. We are senior citizens and realized drivers and conditions have changed. After 9 years we took our car and went to this dealership and was overwhelmed with the professional and kindness these gentlemen were. Adam and Clay treated us like family. It wasn't all about the sale, it included the most comfortable car buying experience we have had. My 4th Equinox and I couldn't be happier. Everything I ask for plus follow up calls from Adam to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time also. Thank you and you will not be forgotten.

  After months of talking to alot of dealers. Being told there was no way I could get a deal with the situation of negative equity i was in. McElwain was the only dealer that got the deal done and was able to work with me. No hassle no pressure nothing. Straight to the point no going back and forth multiple times. Definitely got a life long customer. Everyone was helpful and informative and very friendly. After the offer was made I call my insurance to get a quote. My insurance went up over 200 bucks a month would have been paying over 400 dollars. Informed the dealer ship that insurance might cause the deal to fall. With in a min a insurance agency called me, got me a lower monthly rate then what I was paying before doing business with them. I did not ask them to help me out they just jumped in and helped They did everything they could to get me into the car and the deal I was looking. They are very helpful with everything very accommodating with time. Im looking forward to getting my next lease with me. Thank you justin and the rest of the team for providing awesome service and only dealer that did not over price or lowball on trade and didnt shut me down right away.
