  I used this location for a rental over the weekend. I reserved a pickup truck on Thursday early in the day for Friday morning. That didn’t work out well! When I got to the location. The young female said did u get my message? I looked at my phone she called about 30 minutes before I was in there to let me know they don’t have a pickup! She gave 2 options a Hyundai Tucson or Mistsubishi mini suv. Needed a vehicle had to take Mitsubishi couldn’t do what I needed with truck though not happy!! When asked about insurance I told them I would cover with my insurance. She asked what carrier do I have? I told her she asked do u have the app? I said yes. She walked right up on me to see if I was logging into the app..I was pulling a card to show the policy number as I always do at Enterprise she said I need to see your declaration page which is NOT true! I always give the policy number. My point they need better training at this location.I try to not use the locations more in the city areas because……Let’s say for training don’t judge people some folks are smarter and more observant than u think….

  Horrible experience that brought me to tears. Corporate office and District Managers aren’t doing their jobs and leave it up to the front desk representatives to deal with the online over booking. I had a confirmed reservation was cancelled without notice. I couldn’t get the vehicle I wanted/needed. All the representatives could tell me was, “there’s nothing we can do if we don’t have the vehicle.” I watched the person give someone else the same size vehicle without a reservation while I had to watch in dismay. I wanted a truck and the other person “thought” they reserved a van. My point is I needed a large vehicle and was denied one even though I had a confirm reservation. This is gross injustice and lack of care for a community of people that keeps this business flourishing. Corporate needs to do a better job and provide the business with available vehicles. I would not recommend Enterprise Rent A Car anywhere!!!! Bad business practices.

  We ended up at the Elkins Park location because we made a reservation at the Lansdale location and when we got there, the suv class and size we reserved was not there so we came to the Elkins park location and they had the SUV we needed premium extended class and we were out in 5-10min. 💯🙌🏾

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Khayla was my customer service representative. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff attitude was rude and unprofessional. She appeared annoyed and dismissive when I asked straightforward questions regarding my rental, insurance policy etc. What was disappointing was Khayla would respond with “it’s the region.” Which was very confusing and concerning. My recent visit was marred by a lack of respect for customers, which is a fundamental aspect of good customer service. I left feeling very frustrated and disappointed that I cancelled my car rental. Good customer service starts with treating customers with respect, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking during my visit. I hope management addresses these issues and provides better customer service training, as this experience did not meet even basic expectations.

  Came to this location with a reservation at 11:00 a.m. they did not contact me 24 hours prior they did not contact me the morning of to let me know that there were no vehicles for the one that I reserved on the lot they have other vehicles on the lot offered me the ability to upgrade to one of those vehicles for a different charge but they do not have my vehicle and do not know when that vehicle will arrive because individuals are on a run it's been more than an hour past that time and no one has come back with any new vehicles I reached out to customer service was placed on hold multiple times and in the end was directed to go to a further location and was told that they would honor it at the same price of my previous reservation price with the same car as if that was a favor. There were no favors done honoring the same car that I already purchased is what you are supposed to do I am the one who came to this location without being notified that it would be for nothing because you don't have any vehicles for my specified appointment and I am also the one who has to go to a different location to pick up a rental car that I was already supposed to have from the prior location. This has me late for my event I was giving the run around about where to go and when things would be resolved. I was told that I could stay at the first location and they would change my reservation type for a vehicle they have on the lot however that was not done I got redirected to another representative that I had to explain all of this too again all for one person to tell me that I could go to the rising sun location at this point to get a car and get on the road. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient and inconsiderate especially while in front of people with no ability to help or resolve the issues or decency to properly address the issue. When asked why I wasn't notified I was just told there was no time this issue is not the customer service way but simply poor.
