  Found a slow leak in one of my tires and brought it in to have it checked out. They found the issue and patched it quickly, and to my surprise, they didn’t even charge me! Fast, friendly service and a great experience all around. I really appreciate them taking care of it so quickly. Highly recommend!

  Akeem and James both stayed well after closing to ensure my car's repairs were finished and I could not be more grateful for their time and effort. The dedication they had to getting the repairs completed speaks very highly to their work ethic and I can't see my car going anywhere else to be taken care of by anyone else now. I hope this location rewards them with raises and career advancement, to say they deserve it is an incredible understatement.

  Came in with a flat tire the day I move to college and had no idea why. I came in and they fixed it the same day. They even replaced a stud and a log nut for me. Wonderful service and gave me peace of mind.

  Had a tire shred while on 283. Called Monro Service for tire replacement and tow. Quick response on towing. Tire was not of "in stock" size. Shop sent a driver to a partner source to get the needed tire. While waiting, the shop crew were great personable hosts. When the tire arrived, they had me fixed, and out the door in minutes. Costs for tire and services were reasonable. I believe that if I spent time/lived in the area, this shop would be a top choice for my auto servicing/maintenance.

  They are, literally, the worst. I have tried them twice, now. The first time I just needed a tire plugged. They said I needed new tires. Been a Master Tech for over 20 years...I went to a different shop and they had it done in 40 minutes. So they lied and tried to sell me tires. Tried them a second time; just now. I knew it was a bad idea. I scheduled an alignment. I use this vehicle for final mile delivery. They texted 3x to confirm the appointment. They called and canceled when I was pulling into the parking lot. 5 minutes before the appointment. This vehicle costs me $400 a day when it is down. I just did all the suspension and steering. I cannot drive it and now I have to find another shop to do the alignment. I will be out probably 2 days of work by the time this is done. I WOULDN'T TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM!!
