  Was great to go online pre select tires and confirm my arrival time. However after arriving on time it was an hour and 45 minutes wait . I suppose there were walk in’s that exceeded the amount of staff

  Thursday I was driving on 283 W when my air pressure in one of my tires started to drop. I got off near Elizabethtown and Mount Joy. Searched tire repair and Monro Auto showed up. I didn’t want to chance get home. A Gentleman at counter said he would take a look, due to the others were busy. He found my problem fast! A screw in my tire. He pulled it and plugged it . I’m glad I stopped Here! Will be back!!

  Be careful when you take you vehicle at Monro Elizabethtown PA. So I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, they took my car into the bay and approximately an hour later they told me everything was done. When I called couple of days before asking for what the price would be they told me $74.99 and I did mention make/model/year of the vehicle and it's a synthetic oil. Well after the service they charged me $124.79. When I said that I was told on the phone call that it should be $74.99 because I had called in he said that the call center didn't had the same prices they had at store. I was shocked and even tried getting a $10.00 coupon they offer at the front desk and the gentleman said that he had already did the invoice and it couldn't be applied anymore and I had to take care of it after. Bad customer service! So I paid the invoice and later that day my husband checked that everything was taken care and it results that MONRO never changed the oil filter from the previous service we had done some where else, they use NAPA oil filters at the other place and here at MONRO they use STP, well the invoice shows STP, when my husband checked it, it still had the NAPA filter. As well they charged me for TOP OFF FLUIDS, and we knew that the car might needed a top of coolant that was never done, wiper washer fluid never done, my question is did they do a check on the fluids for brakes and transmission? To finalize this, my husband drove to MONRO and asked the same gentleman that earlier I had spoken, if he could describe what an oil change covers, well he mentioned that the price of an oil change for synthetic oil was $124.99, it covered, oil filter, top off fluids, tire rotation, battery check, inspect brakes and a shop supply fee. So my husband asked what oil filters they use and he said STP, my husband asked what TOP OFF FLUIDS and he mentioned wiper washer fluid, brake fluid, transmission fluid and coolant. Well after getting a better idea of what their oil change covered my husband pulled the invoice and said: It seems that you guys haven't done your job correctly, my wife was here not long ago and the oil filter is still the old NAPA one, the TOP OFF FLUIDS hasn't been done because I can see that the collard and wiper washer fluids haven't been filled. My husband called me to show up to MONRO and the gentleman came out side and confirmed that the stuff wasn't done, thankfully my husband asked him to check the level on the oil and that was the only thing done basically. He offer an apology to my husband and scheduled us for today to come back and get a full new oil change so they can change the oil filter and top off fluids. My husband requested Jason (who's there covering and helping with some shifts) to have the store manager give him a call between Tuesday and Wednesday and he hasn't heard back.

  I have never had an issue with this location until recently. My first issue occurred when they openly admitted over the phone (with a separate business changing my tires) that they lost my wheel lock key back when I got a tire rotation in December. This was never communicated with me over the phone. This ended up causing the other business to literally extract my tires with a machine that needed to be specially ordered which costed an additional $100 and was at the shop 5 days longer. My other issue occurred just recently when my boyfriend went to get an oil change and the mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on, which caused it to come out and was only discovered when our car started smoking on the side of the road. We were then forced to pay a $90 tow fee which was not waived or even offered to be paid by Monroe. Unfortunately, we will not be back!
