  In April 9, 2026, I went in to have them check my low tire pressure from the monitoring system alerting me. There was a LARGE construction bolt/screw lodged in the mid-tread. Since I had had the tires installed there, I was fortunate it was covered under warranty. I paid and got reimbursed for them to externally plug the hole. Thought everything was good. In early October 2026, my SUV again alerted me to low air pressure, same tire. We looked at home and found it to be leaking air from AROUND this plug. Now, my father, BF and his father have all plugged MANY tires and NEVER had a plug leak. I call, go back in, had the original paperwork, etc. The asst manager comes back into the office, tells me they should have NEVER plugged it the way they did and should have instead patched/plugged internally. I asked why it wasn't done correctly in April then, since it was still under warranty at that time. He stated, he did not know. I asked "and this will be covered, correct? since they did it wrong before?" and he said yes. I spoke with the new manager and he informed me all those staff from April were let go/fired or something. All new staff now. Very kind and courteous and never even tried to hand me a bill. I'm usually very leery of such 'chain' garages, but after them making it right, anytime I need tires/oil change I will return here. Thank you for excellent customer service!!!

  Exceptional service! I had a leak in my tire. Received a same day appointment. The found a nail in my tire. Only took about 30min. Did not charge me. I can not remember the name of who helped me but he was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend!

  Got stuck out on the road with a very low tire….lost air quick between errands. I popped into Monro in Elizabethtown and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. No appointment, no rolled eyes, just great Customer Service and a super friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. Especially for a single woman who was in a full panic and didn’t know what I was going to do or who to call, I was met with patience, kindness, and great service!

  Twice within the past month, I brought 2 different vehicles in and was quoted between $6000-$7000 for repairs. The first vehicle was making a clicking sound, and I was told it was the transmission that needed to be replaced, and the cost was around $6500. Took it for a second opinion and turns out it was a loose brake pad and paid $200 for repairs. Second vehicle was getting inspected. Was told it would be $6500 to pass. Took for a second opinion, and it did need a new catalytic converter but that was all. Will never use Monroe again. Also had a bad experience with an oil change. Was charged more than what I asked. I specifically said I wanted the oil “that was cheapest” and they gave me a 5k mile oil change instead. This company seems to be trying to take you for all your money.
