  Exceptional Customer Service at AutoZone in Elizabethtown – Alicia Deserves Recognition! I normally shop at Advance Auto Parts, but last week I decided to stop at the AutoZone in Elizabethtown to pick up some parts for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service I received from Alicia. Within seconds of walking through the door, Alicia approached me with a friendly attitude and asked if I needed any help. I explained that I was trying to complete an oil change, and she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in making sure I got everything I needed. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. I returned yesterday, and once again, within seconds of entering the store, Alicia was right there to offer her assistance. This time, she helped me find the right windshield wiper blades, making sure I got a quality product at a great value. But what impressed me most was that she didn’t stop at helping me find the right parts—she actually came outside and installed the wiper blades on my vehicle herself! Watching Alicia work, I could see just how far she is willing to go to make sure her customers are taken care of. She is well-mannered, highly professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people who walk through those doors. Employees like Alicia are what make the difference between simply buying auto parts and having a genuinely great customer experience. She went above and beyond on both of my visits, and her dedication deserves to be recognized by store management. As long as Alicia works at the Elizabethtown AutoZone, she has earned my business! I will absolutely continue coming back, and I hope management recognizes what an incredible asset she is to this store.   My minivan was showing a "CHARGING SYSTEM ERROR" message. I took it here to get the battery and charging system checked. Kevin was helpful, thorough, careful, and happy to explain what he was doing and why. He gave great service and I'll happily come back again the next time I need to replace parts or have a quick check done.

  Needed a wide-angle rearview mirror. Kevin was extremely helpful without being patronizing. He opened the package up so I could see how to attach it BEFORE I bought it, which saved me lots of time. Will return to Auto Zone #3794 when I need something, and I'll do it because of Kevin.

  Was in today and purchased wipers for my vehicle. Kevin A. Was extremely helpful in making sure I got the best ones for my needs and was very careful in installing them for me as well. Kevin has helped me with several items in the past and is the one that I look for when I go there. His customer service beyond exceptional and he is very knowledgeable about everything that I have had an issue with in the past and has always been able to get me what was needed to correct the issue. Very happy to see that he has returned to this store as I missed dealing with him when he was transferred to another store.
