  Finding out your car is totaled is not easy; especially when it was completely out of your control. Kilkeary’s was not only professional but extremely thorough and communicative. A special shout out to the lovely tech who helped me get my personal belongings from my s6.

  Very far from great, I was t boned and had Kilkeary’s recommended, at first i was told i’d get the car in and estimated which was great so i could proceed through insurance, what i was not told was they would disassemble whatever they felt they needed with no prior approval from the customer, i was then told they wanted to total it for cosmetic damage that exceeded 14k to fix when a brand new door (main damage) cost 1400. you could charge 1k each for the rest of the small repairs that cost around 200 a pop like rim, tire, wheel bearing etc and the amount is still crazy off before body work and paint, they did not supply me with the repair quote which should be standard information anywhere when asked for it, and i was told everything they removed is now my problem unless i payed over $1000 something labor for stuff i already did not approve, and upon coming to pick up i was forced to pay 2500 dollars instead of the 200 i was supposed to through insurance just for my car to be released back to me that i still can’t even drive! they even had the check right in person but they where to scared to cash it because “it might stop the money” most greedy money hungry business to go to. I work for a dealership and if i handled a car this way i would probably lose my job, How is a car i drove in, leaving in an un drivable state and in a completely different condition then brought in as, they did good work taking it apart so it appears but ig ill really find out when i have to put it back together, props to you guys THANKYOU KILKEARYS!! (UPDATE) this is after the reply which doesn’t help or admit accountability for anything, but as mentioned i work for a dealer, i through it up on my alignment machine just to make sure before continuing to repair, i was told that the car was slightly out but came right back into alignment when adjusted, well here my screen shows the car is far from aligned, the rear toe is out, and the camber is so far out it makes me question the repair quote, if to the farthest adjustment my camber can’t come into spec wouldn’t it be more the cosmetic damage? wouldn’t something probably be bent and need replaced? i thought my car was aligned but obviously not, i shouldn’t be told my car is aligned when toe isn’t even in spec. overall crazy but this won’t be the last, if you want something done right ig you really do have to do it yourself. as professional as the shop claims they are my experience and a lot others seem to heavily say otherwise. why is the customer aligning his own car that he already paid to have done? after calling and questioning i was told it was only a pre alignment and they ignored the wheel that was hit because the specs where “close enough” and then adjusted other wheels but not the most important one, a pre alignment is an alignment this isn’t a play on words, don’t bring you car here unless you want the worst of the worst, i think id be a better candidate even though i don’t specialize in body work

  I got my 2026 Nissan Rogue repaired after hitting a deer. Joey, one of the mechanics here, was absolutely phenomenal. He was precise and diligent when repairing my car and thoroughly explained everything about the process to me. When my insurance company was giving me issues, he told me about my rights as an insurance holder and connected me with someone that would help me through the process. This will ultimately end up saving me a substantial amount of money, which would not have been possible without Joey’s guidance. Honestly, everyone here is amazing and kind. Cannot recommend more, my car will never be repaired anywhere else.
