  Would like a response from district manager Shop is incompetent, unprofessional and not safe to take your vehicle to, 1 star was required negative stars were not an option.

  I had an inspection and emissions done on 7/22 @ 12:30. The mechanic was rude. He actually put his hand in the air to my face. He told me the brakes were back and the tires were worn out but would barley pass. This is a fleet vehicle and I took it to my vehicle mechanic who cannot do inspections and he informed me that the brakes were changed last oil change but I was charged by Monro for brakes and rotors. They could not have gone bad by then. The tires measured 5/32" and inspection only requires 2/32" so the mechanic tried to sell me for over $1,000 in tires. I will not be going to this establishment again.
