  Excellent repair shop. Had a great experience. Everyone very friendly and helpful, and they don't try to upsell you like some other shops I've been to. Was very pleased with their service and will certainly visit again with both our family vehicles!

  Add me to the list of folks that had a car fail inspection here only to then pass elsewhere. I went here instead of my normal mechanic as AAA gave me an inspection coupon for AAA mechanics when I renewed my membership, so figured I'd give them a try. They failed me saying the rear rotors were bad, and also recommended I do the fronts. Was going to cost $1,000+. Being a woman I've had enough mechanics tell me I needed a repair I didn't through the years to make me highly skeptical, not to mention the fact that rear rotors seemed a weird first thing to fail on the braking system of a front wheel drive car, and in past cars I could tell when my brakes were due. So decided to go to my regular shop and get a second opinion, even told them what this place had said. They said the rear rotors did have rust on them but nothing that would fail inspection, didn't mention any issues with the fronts and passed me.

  I went to Wrenchtec to get my car's annual inspection. The people were very welcoming and ready to do the inspection. I was invited to wait in their waiting area where there was free coffee and vending machines with various snacks. The car passed the inspection but the mechanic also did a complete examination of my car and noted several issues that needed attention either immediately such as a dying battery or in the near future like the rear tires on my car. They gave me a typed list of everything they did and found out about my car. On the issues that still needed to be addressed they included what their charges would be to resolve. I very much appreciated this information because now I can make plans to get these issues addressed before they become major problems. I will definitely recommend Wrenchtec to anybody who needs work done on their cars and trucks.
