  5 Stars – Outstanding Service from Miles and Sal at Mavis! Yesterday, while driving through Pennsylvania on my way back to New Jersey, I found myself caught in a terrible rainstorm on a Sunday afternoon when I suddenly picked up a nail in my tire. With run-flat tires and no spare, in an unfamiliar area, I was genuinely concerned about being stranded miles from home. Thankfully, I made it to Mavis, where Miles and Sal turned a very stressful situation into an incredibly positive experience. From the moment I arrived, both gentlemen were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about getting me back on the road safely. They immediately took care of the situation, explained my options, and had me back on the road in under an hour! It's not often these days that you encounter this level of customer service, especially on a Sunday during such terrible weather. Miles and Sal went above and beyond, and their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness made all the difference. Mavis is fortunate to have employees like these two gentlemen representing their company. They turned what could have been a miserable experience into a reminder that exceptional customer service still exists. A sincere thank you to Miles and Sal for taking such great care of me. You absolutely earned this five-star review, and I couldn't recommend your service more highly!

  Miles and Sal were great mechanics! Did real quick work on my oil change and tires even though they were swamped with cars. Excellent worm. Definitely coming back for all future repairs and checkups!

  This place is exceptional. I can’t say enough about it. The staff is very friendly. They work with you. I had service done here about 2 to 3 times and I was so satisfied. I would definitely recommend going here. The prices are great if you’re looking for a legitimate place with great prices and friendly staff. This is the place to go!!!! Definitely my new spot For all my truck needs Nissan. Rouge 2023 brakes and rotors. Chris is out standing personalble and friendly and always accommodating

  Shop called me three times to finally provide a real diagnosis of needed repairs. A major strut issue was on the list of needed repairs but were never brought to my attention. Got my car back and subsequently the CV axles were destroyed. When I brought my vehicle back to fix that issue, the team again failed to provide accurate information on repairs needed to get my car on the road. I left after agreeing to another big repair bill only to find out they were expecting me to pay more to fix the part that they admitted was broken due to their own fault. Eventually they made good on repairs but it was a painful process. Very misleading process, would not go back here.

  I had a great experience at Mavis. I went in because I was having issues with my current tires and explained what I was looking for. I decided on the Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 Plus tires, and the staff agreed they were a great choice. One of the employees even mentioned that he has the same tires on his own car, which gave me even more confidence in my decision. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and they had the tires at the shop that afternoon. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. I really felt like they valued me as a customer rather than just trying to sell me something. The biggest difference was when I drove away. I could immediately feel how much smoother and more comfortable my car drove with the new tires. I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Mavis to anyone looking for tires and good customer service.
