  We had a wonderful experience at this dealership, and Megan made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we found the right vehicle and that we were comfortable every step of the way. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made all the difference. We highly recommend asking for Megan if you're looking for an honest and enjoyable car-buying experience. Thank you again for all your help! She was very honest with which cars were gonna be the most reliable and in our budget with all of the safety features we were looking for! She showed us every car we wanted to see even if it was out of our budget just so we could get a feel for everything. Megan was extremely family oriented and as a first time mom to be she was so helpful with which options were gonna be safest for us. We were very picky and did not know much about the car we chose and she allowed us enough time to talk it over with family and show them the car before we made a final decision without pressuring us to buy right away.

  Great experience all around from this Toyota all around they never disappoint(not my first time buying from here and won’t be my last!! With this purchase we had Jorge, and I gotta say he made it easy! He did what he could to work with my wife and I, the conversations we had made the whole process seem like it only lasted 5 mins! Highly recommend seeing him!

  Very excellent purchasing experience! Hannah was kind, professional, responsive and delivered on the exact model of the 2026 Toyota Tacoma that we choose, at the price we had in mind (to the penny)! The financial department was equally as efficient. Run, don't walk, to this dealership if you are in the market for a new Toyota - the selection is vast. Drive your new ride home the same day like we did! Highly recommend!

  I have plenty of experience buying vehicles and often stop by dealerships to explore options, even when I’m not actively shopping. One thing I’ve learned: always do your research before walking into a dealership. This visit was a perfect reminder why: I intentionally approached this dealership as a customer with little to no money down and a trade-in to see how the sales process would go. While I actually have other financing options available and could put money down if I chose to, I wanted to see how I would be treated based solely on the information I provided. The result? Absolutely no meaningful negotiation on the out-the-door price and a salesperson who seemed more focused on making a sale than offering reasonable guidance. At one point, the conversation essentially revolved around me giving up my current vehicle just to make a deal happen. When I said I needed time to think about it, I was immediately questioned about what there was to think about and told we could just get the process started. Sir, if you think someone should rush into a major financial decision—or even entertain the idea of tanking their credit and losing a vehicle just to drive off your lot—you’ve completely missed the point. A repossession is a repossession. The fact that this was even being entertained as a path to a sale told me everything I needed to know. As if that wasn’t enough, the customer service at the front desk left a lot to be desired. The woman working the front desk, who I believe was named Tammie, had a consistently rude demeanor from the moment I walked in. I was there with my toddler, who was safely exploring the showroom under my supervision. My child is not glued to an iPad and, like most toddlers, is curious about the world around her. What I didn’t appreciate was the unsolicited parenting advice, the attitude, the dirty looks, and speaking to my child in a way that was completely unnecessary while I was standing right there handling the situation. If there are concerns about safety, speak to the parent respectfully. Not the child. That’s customer service 101. Thanks ◡̈ I walked in open to the possibility of doing business here. I walked out knowing I never will. There are plenty of dealerships that understand how to treat customers without pressure tactics, judgment, or attitude. This isn’t one of them.

  I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, and it is all thanks to Jorge and Adam! From the moment we walked in, Jorge was absolutely incredible. He was extremely fast, incredibly patient with all of our questions, and did a phenomenal job explaining every single detail about the car. He made the entire process smooth and completely stress-free. When it came to the paperwork, Adam in finance was an absolute gem. He truly took his time to make sure the numbers lined up perfectly with our budget, ensuring we got the absolute best bang for our buck. We never felt rushed or pressured. Thank you both so much for your time, patience, and dedication. We are absolutely in love with our new Chrysler Pacifica!
