On a wednesday or thursday found a used vehicle online and submitted for a check to see if it was available, a few hours later i was reached out to and confirmed they had the car and it was available. I asked a few questions and for the carfax and videos of the vehicle and to setup a test drive for the coming Saturday. The test drive was set and i waited a day to recieve anymore info of the car from Jorge Prieto. Not horrible i get it most likely busy. Friday night comes around and ive already done some research on the vehicle itself and its history. I received a call letting me know less then 12 hours from my test drive that the vehicle might not actually be for sale and could go to action instead. I say okay and ask for an update on whats to happen with the car. I dont hear back from anyone till monday afternoon from who i assume was from one of the front desk personnel. Asking me why i didnt show up, i inform them of what i was told and was informed that they will get someone in sales to figure out whats happened and to inform me like i asked. It is now Wednesday and i have no heard nothing from anyone. The vehicle was just removed from their website and cargurus informed me it was sold. Horrible customer communication as well as in-house communication i assume. My time as a potential customer was mediocre at best and i would not recommend this dealership for used vehicles unless you want to be told something, have the plans changed and then left in the dark

Made a reservation for 1pm not a single call or email stating that they close at 12pm. Got one email stating they will call me which was at 1041. So discouraging when I’ve been in an accident and need a rental. Not a single text, call, or email stating they closed at 12 or I would have gotten a ride in. The person behind the line didn’t want to hear what I have to say. there was no time of closure time listed at all and she just wished me a nice day and hung up when I was going to ask if they were open Sunday or the time they were open that to me is absolutely rude. This is why I don’t use their rental department because this is the second time the individuals running the area have been rude and didn’t care to hear what I had to say. Even though I’m asking legit questions now I’m going to be out of work for even longer.

I honestly never thought I would be writing a Google review, and this is actually my first one ever. Unfortunately, my experience with Koch Toyota was bad enough that I felt I needed to share it. I purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 from Koch Toyota on July 1st. Before purchasing the truck, I noticed a knocking and rattling sound coming from the engine. I specifically brought the noise to the salesperson’s attention and was told, “It’s normal, that’s just how it sounds.” I also spoke directly with the manager about the truck. He told me that it was his truck that had been traded in and that his wife had used it as her daily driver. He then told me the truck was in perfect condition and that I had nothing to worry about. I trusted what I was being told and purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately, the engine noise never went away. On August 3rd, I contacted the dealership again because I was seriously concerned about the engine. I also sent emails explaining the situation. Someone from the dealership eventually reached out to me, and we communicated about the issue, but we have still not been able to come to a solution to get the truck properly inspected and the problem addressed. Since purchasing the truck, the noise has gotten significantly louder, and the vehicle is now struggling to start. What is extremely frustrating is that I specifically pointed out the engine noise before I purchased the truck. I was reassured that it was normal, and I was told the truck was in perfect condition and that I had nothing to worry about. Now, just over a month after purchasing it, I am dealing with what appears to be a serious engine issue and have been unable to get a satisfactory resolution from the dealership. I even reached out directly to the owner, Kurt, hoping that someone at the highest level would step in and help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a solution. Again, this is literally my first Google review. I am not someone who normally takes the time to write negative reviews, but I believe customers deserve to know about my experience. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I purchased this truck based on what I was told about its condition, and I expected the dealership to take my concerns seriously when the problem continued. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Koch Toyota. If you are considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership, I strongly recommend having it independently inspected by your own mechanic before purchasing, regardless of what you are told about the vehicle’s condition. I truly hope Koch Toyota eventually decides to make this right, but as of today, I am still waiting for a resolution.

0-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing Experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Koch 33 Toyota. I purchased a 2013 Audi S8 from them, and the salesman was Russ. As part of the purchase, I was told the vehicle would come with a **Gold warranty package**. However, after the purchase, I discovered that I had actually been given a **Silver package**, which provided far less coverage and did not cover many of the repairs I reasonably expected the warranty to cover. Within the first month of owning the vehicle, the thermostat failed, and the warranty would not cover the repair. Since purchasing this vehicle, it has been in the shop basically every month, and the warranty has repeatedly failed to cover the repairs. That has made what was already an expensive purchase an extremely frustrating and costly experience. What makes the situation even worse is the customer service. Whenever I call with questions or concerns about the warranty or repairs, I'm repeatedly told that a **manager will call me back**. Those callbacks never happen. I've had to continue reaching out myself just to try to get answers. My biggest issue is the lack of transparency and accountability. I feel that I was told one thing about the warranty when purchasing the vehicle and received something substantially different afterward. I expected better from a dealership. A vehicle can have mechanical problems, especially a used luxury vehicle, but customers should be able to trust that the dealership will be honest about the warranty being sold and stand behind what was promised. My experience with Koch 33 Toyota has been extremely disappointing, and based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them without thoroughly verifying every detail of the warranty in writing before signing anything. Do not trust them. Update: After the owner response to my review, I gave them another opportunity to make things right and reached out. Again, i called to reach out to Bob and again, no response. I even emailed him. Again, no response. His response was only for show to make it seem like he has interest to have great customer service. Trust me it's a facade, they only care about the bottom dollar. The one they can drain from their community.

I had a great experience working with Jorge. He was personable, patient, and took the time to show me several Toyota Highlanders while answering all of my questions. He also made the test drive a lot of fun and kept the entire buying process smooth and hassle-free. I found the perfect Highlander that day, and even after the sale, Jorge continued to be extremely helpful. When I had a follow-up question, he made sure I got the answers I needed. I highly recommend the dealership, and if you’re shopping for a vehicle, make sure to ask for Jorge. He’ll take good care of you!
