Jorge is the consummate professional who took care of every need of mine and was completely transparent with every detail of my purchase.   First bad experience with the service department. Had my truck there last week for a break line recall. On the highway today I get a notification for low break power on the dash. Pull over and the brake fluid reservoir is half empty. Investigate farther and the connection on the right rear tire was only put on hand tight so was leaking pretty bad. I understand mistakes happen but this is a pretty serious one.

  Bought a truck 5 days ago off of Megan - tried to make it the easiest transaction ever. No haggling - price is the price. Didn't even argue on the trade-in value. Stupid me didn't look at the actual ppw when signing the final forms and today when putting them away I see the trade in amount is less than was presented ($1000 give or take). - gave them a call to find out what was presented was the 'total value' including tax savings on the overall deal - so I ate part of the existing loan on my old truck as a result. I was in and out because I didn't want to be there for hours - but it's a reminder why I hate dealing with car sales people. I originally told my wife we'd swap her chevy for a Toyota after how fast I got out of there, but now I'm just ticked.

  I scheduled an oil change appointment two weeks ago. When I arrived at the service department, I was informed that no appointment had been made. I explained that when I called the service number, your AI system confirmed my appointment. They told me that leaving the car would be the only way to receive the service. I mentioned that I do not live close by and had taken the day off for this appointment, so I had no option but to leave.
