  Very frustrating experience with Koch 33. I understand appointments can fill up, but being told I have to wait nearly three weeks—even for a basic oil change—is unreasonable, especially when my vehicle inspection is coming due. Customers need timely service and better appointment availability. I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

  I cannot believe this company has so many positive Google reviews. We sold our car to them 08/24/2026. We have been more than patient with them and waited and waited for our bank to send the title (not the dealerships fault but they sent it 09/21/26) but now they have the title and we still have not received payment from them and it’s October 2nd! I called yesterday to try to speak to a sales manger to work it out and not only was this person rude, they refused and said we can only talk to the sales associate that’s doing nothing but not returning our calls and coming up with excuse after excuse! We have reached out every single day and now its some finance lady that needs to review the paperwork. We are a young military family and having this much money owed to us is so stressful!! Just pay us what we are owed!! Do not sell your car here, and do not do buisness (buying or selling) with Jorge

I got the nicest car and I am so happy . I would definitely tell anyone looking for a good car and great people to go to Koch 33 Toyota . Thanks again I appreciate everything you guys did for me ! 5 stars all the way. My name is Jonathan and I bought a 2016 jeep Cherokee and it is beautiful !

  I’ve had my car serviced here a handful of times and that experience was never really great to begin with. A few of the times my car was returned with grease on both the leather seats and door panels. One time they returned it with a broken passenger seat as well, which they did eventually end up fixing. My biggest problem with Koch Toyota happened last week. I went in to have my Toyota Highlander appraised for a vehicle sale and the offer that was printed on the sales estimate, which was also signed off on and verified by both the used car manager and sales woman was not actually the number that they were going to physically give me when I went in to sell my vehicle to them. In fact, it was actually several thousand dollars less. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I’ve had terrible experiences with both their sales and service departments.

  I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Koch 33 Toyota. We purchased two brand-new vehicles from them within 11 days of each other, our first on July 17th and our second on July 28th, and both experiences were exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to our sales rep, Megan Pritchard, who was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout both purchases. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. She genuinely took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything and made both purchases feel easy and enjoyable. I also want to recognize Mike Burock, the Finance Director, Jason Gaston, the Sales Manager, and Pete Ullo, the Finance Manager. Every one of them played a part in making the experience as smooth as possible. They were straightforward, accommodating, and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the entire deal, not just the vehicle. Buying one new vehicle is a big purchase. Coming back just 11 days later and buying another one from the same dealership should say everything about the level of service we received. We never felt like we were just another sale. The entire team treated us with respect, communicated well, and made sure we were taken care of even after the paperwork was signed. Koch 33 Toyota has absolutely earned our business and our trust. Megan, Mike, Jason, and Pete, thank you for taking such great care of us. You made two major purchases genuinely enjoyable, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Without hesitation, 5 stars and a dealership I would recommend to anyone looking for a Toyota.
