  I can't recommend Koch 33 Mazda highly enough. I ended up here under stressful circumstances — a storm totaled my 2019 CX-5 — so I was car shopping on short notice while dealing with an insurance claim, which is nobody's idea of fun. From the first contact, Jonathan Cofre made the whole thing painless. He was honest about the exact trim and spec of the car (a 2026 CX-50 Meridian in Zircon Sand), never oversold it, and confirmed everything in writing before I ever made the drive to Easton. When I got there, the car and the numbers were exactly as promised — no bait-and-switch, no surprises at the desk. Bella Cuevas in the business office was just as straightforward, and the financing (0% APR) came through cleanly and exactly as we'd discussed. What stuck with me most: more than one person there spoke warmly about the owners and how the place is run. You can tell when employees actually like where they work, and it shows in how they treat customers. Best car-buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Jonathan, Bella, and the whole Koch 33 team.

  Amazing stuck by the internet terms agreed upon and was in and out in an hour and a half! Vinny and the whole crew we worked with were amazing Jessica and all the rest of the Young ladies we worked with on our new car worked to get us the best interest rates and to explain all the features and helped and gave all their time so wouldn't stress over downloading the new app and going over what we needed to keep the whole experience enjoyable ! Thanks guys you all deserve a raise! ♥️ . Do your homework get half the battle done and you will be more then satisfied when you leave with your new car and a smile on your face! Thanks again to all!

  Gabriel was very nice but unfortunately I need to edit my previous review. I have had the car for about 3 weeks, purchased as a first car for my 17 year old daughter, and was assured it had passed their service inspection, and now the car is pretty much undriveable and we were told to bring it back for a diagnostic. When we showed up, driving a seemingly unsafe car, they said they could check it next week. I haven't even made a payment on it yet. Absolutely terrible thing to do to anyone, let alone a teenager getting their first car.

  Very happy with their service. Purchased a car on Memorial Day that was a trade in on there lot . Car was sold as is with no warranty. Passenger car window was broken internally and was traded in that way . I know they wouldn’t have put it out for sale that way if they knew . I was expecting the dealer to say sorry the car was sold ( as is ) but the service department fixed everything including new passenger window and regulator at no charge. They even gave me a loaner for 8 days until parts came in . I was honestly in shock and was very happy with there service

  I unexpectedly needed to find a new car so I started searching online and asking around in my network for ideas. A couple good friends recommended Koch 33 and I am so glad they did! I scheduled an appointment for a test drive and got to meet with Gabe Santos. From the start, Gabe was professional, courteous, knowledgable and patient. I was looking to test out a Mazda CX-5, but when none were available during my appointment time, Gabe provided information about CX-50s on the lot. He found one within my price range and we got to hit the road. A few days later when I got my financials in order, I scheduled another appointment with Gabe with the friends that recommended Koch 33. This time I got to drive a CX-5 and the CX-50 that I tested earlier in the week. Gabe provided extensive knowledge of both models and I am grateful he allowed me to test drive both of the cars that day. It really helped get a better idea of the feel for both vehicles and what I was looking for. After making the decision to go with the CX-50, Gabe helped me through the process of getting maintenance done on the car (which was included in the warranty), as well as ordering a missing part that I was not charged for. He and the entire team at Koch 33 made the entire car buying experience easy and stress free. They even helped with the return my rental so that I could drive my CX-50 off the lot! I am now a proud owner of my fourth Mazda and I will definitely be using Koch 33 again when I look to buy another car in the future. ✨
