  Noelani was a dream to work with and made the buying process incredibly smooth! She listened to what I wanted and found me a car that was not even on my radar and ended up being exactly what I was looking for! I did not feel rushed at all, she took the time to go over everything with me including the cars features, setting up the Mazda app for me, and syncing my phone for CarPlay. Her personality was so sweet and bubbly which was an added bonus! Jason was also amazing and ended up finding me a much better rate for my car insurance! Could not have asked for a better experience!

  I recently purchased my new Mazda and I truly had one of the best car-buying experiences thanks to Kenneth Wu and John C. From the moment I walked in, they were patient, professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle instead of just making a sale. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when dealing with finances, questions, and making such a big decision, but Kenneth and John made the entire process smooth and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked hard to help me get into the car I wanted, and never made me feel pressured. Their communication, transparency, and dedication really stood out. What I appreciated most was how understanding and supportive they were throughout the process. They listened to my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and confident in my purchase. I absolutely love my new Mazda and I’m so grateful for all the help, patience, and kindness Kenneth Wu and John C showed me.   Jim Rupp in Service was EXCELLENT and VERY PROFESSIONAL! He provided me with a complete review of what was needed in terms I could understand and expedited my repair so I could confidently head out on a long road trip! ... Susan, part of the service dept support team was excellent! ...and although I didn't meet him, Noah provided a detailed review video of the repair my Mazda needed. A great team and a great experience! Thank you!

  I just bought a 2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid from Koch 33 Mazda, and for the first time in my life, the car buying experience was a pleasure. My salesperson was Gabe Santos, and both the sale manager and finance manager were named Mike. The trio of fellows were genuinely nice guys. I felt I walked away making a fair, win-win deal. I could not recommend a car dealership higher. Thank you team at Koch 33 Mazda! They also had a good inventory of cars to choose. The demeanor of the Mazda dealerships I visited in NJ were atrocious.
