  Wow wow wow where do I begin?! I had a paid off Honda and unfortunately it had to be totaled out due to a wiring issue. I decided I wanted a SUV and mazda and lexus were the main makes I was researching. I went to Koch 33 Mazda. I met Jenna and she is AMAZING! She was patient, informative and not pushy at all (something a lot of car dealers can't seem to control) With that said, I decided on the CX50 and I couldn't be happier! If you are ever on the market for a new car, consider Mazda and make sure to ask for Jenna ❤️

  Leased a CX-50 Turbo last week. Started mid morning on Thursday with an email requesting a quote and closed the next day. Quote was quick and detailed providing not only the lease cost for my preferred terms but also showed other lease options as well as purchase pricing. Salesperson Jenna Grant was prompt and pleasant to work with. Happy with the price and process.

  Gabriel and Catherine were exceptionally helpful in the purchasing of my first car and getting on my own insurance. They made everything seamless, clear and were so thorough. Gabriel was dedicated to getting me the car I was looking for. And when it wasn’t looking like I was going to get that - he got me the car I dreamed of, not just what I was looking for. Catherine was a huge help in guiding me through the insurance process and is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Both of them were prompt to answer & all my questions. I would recommend Koch 33, Gabriel, and Catherine to anyone. I would also highly recommend the CX-5, I’m loving it!

  I purchased a new 2026 Mazda CX-5 from Koch 33 Mazda. My salesperson TAE YUN was terrific! He listened to what I needed and guided me as such. He was knowledgeable, professional and most of all very patient. Even when I went back a week after purchasing with a list of questions. He even followed up to make sure all was good. Thank you Tae. Because of you I would recommend Koch 33 Mazda.

  Absolutely horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend!!! I got a new car, they said they switched over my insurance, I got a bill a for renewal. I had to go through hell to get the proper paper work so they can back date it to when my “insurance was switched”. The bank who provided me the loan keeps sending me papers saying they need proof of insurance. I set up an appointment for my car screen to be fixed and I was notified that I don’t have any warranties. Meanwhile I have 4 pieces of paper stating what warranties I bought. These people just care about their commissions, they don’t do their job correctly. And it caused nothing but a headache for me
