  Had an easy experience purchasing a used vehicle here. Worked with Mike C as the salesman and Todd and Greg as the managers, who were all helpful and easy to deal with. Mike sent me a personalized video of the vehicle that was really helpful as I lived over an hour away. Talked numbers over the phone, no high pressure sales, no hidden fees or add-ons. Just a great used truck at a fair price. They also pre-qualified the loan at a better rate than I had gotten from my own bank. I was able to walk in, test drive, fill out the paperwork, walk out with the keys in about an hour. This is how car buying should be, I'll absolutely be calling them first for my next vehicle.

  I went to Koch 33 Ford because I saw a car online that I was interested in. I texted them on a Saturday. Todd, the manager, got back to me right away and gave me an appointment for that day. The whole experience was great. The staff was pleasant, professional, attentive, patient and answered all my questions. I drove the car home that day and I love it.

  Mike was the best, I was in a crappy mood and my wife was doing most of the talking but when it was all said and done I drove away with the 26 Maverick xlt hybrid. I was in a good mood when I left , Mike was very focused on our purchase experience and made the whole experience way better by answering any questions about the hybrid aspect of the vehicle and he went over pretty much everything in and out so a big Thank You to mike..

  Buyer beware. I purchased a brand new Ford 2026 Explorer from Koch 33 Ford in July 2026. 3 months into owning my car, I became stranded on the side of route 78 with 4 children in the car due to engine misfire. I didn’t even have enough power to get to the next exit. I had to have my brand new car towed to the dealership and was told my spark plug melted and my cylinder has scoring. The only fix was replacing my spark plug and now I have to drive around hoping my brand new car doesn’t give out while I’m driving. Hopefully my review prevents someone else from having to experience transferring car seats with small children on the side of 78 with massive semi trucks flying by at 80 miles per hour.

  Came here to get my recalls fixed, I dropped off my car and everything was going great! I stepped outside to wait for my ride and I noticed my car pulling into the parking lot. The older gentlemen who was transporting my car I saw him with my 2 eyes going through my center counsel and looking around my car. When I asked him why he did that he first denied the claims and said he was in the cup holder looking for the “key”. He then drove back around in another car approached me to let me know that he may have done it by accident. None of it made sense and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I immediately asked for my keys and left. Weirdest experience of my life.
