Had a good experience with the salesman, but when he took my offer back to his boss Jim he acted like he was insulted with my offer even though based off of condition of the vehicle it was a very fair offer. I would not recommend Koch 33 ford. There are plenty of other great ford dealers in the Lehigh valley.

Chris Valdez in Sales did an amazing job taking care of us. The entire car-buying experience was seamless, professional, and never pushy — just straight to the point. He already scheduled our appointment to install the kayak rack and walk us through all the features of our new Bronco. The guest experience truly went above and beyond. We had been looking for the right Bronco for a while, and Chris helped us find exactly what we wanted while keeping everything within our terms and price range. Highly recommend Chris and the team!

Got my new car yesterday from Blake Boyer, he was wonderful, quick, and knowledgeable. He makes buying a car feel like you are talking to a friend and not a salesman which I enjoyed my whole experience. Usually you’ll be there forever, but I knew what I wanted and he delivered. Thank you again. As I will continue to do business with Koch33 Ford.

Koch 33 Ford, sold me a used vehicle that was unfit/unsafe for the road. They slapped an inspection sticker on it, just to sell it. Both rear sway bars were busted, rotors were corroded and didn't pass a purchase inspection that I had done at a local auto garage. Brakes and their linkages had bad compression and were warn and also did not pass the local auto garages inspection. The cabin carbon filter failed inspection, and there were five safety/hazard lights that were faulty or burnt out on the vehicle. I am glad I did not wait to have the car looked over by another garage, I could have injured myself and others driving that vehicle that I bought from Koch 33 Ford. Felt like I had to fight them just to do the right thing to fix the vehicle that I purchased a week ago that had 3.5 week old inspection sticker on it (when it should never have passed). They eventually did the right thing and fixed things but it should not have been that hard. I feel they did not care about my safety and they had no sense of urgency in fixing it. I gave them the key and dropped it off after my local garage inspected it and provided the inspection report saying that it's fails safety standards. They had my car for a day and a half with no phonecall or update, would be nice to know how much they are fixing and when I'll get it back. So I stopped in on my way home from work. Only to find out that they were only going to fix the sway bars. I almost got in an argument with them over the brakes and rotors but, they eventually made it right decision. They had the vehicle for 3 days before I got it back because they wanted to just skate by and do the bare minimum, didn't care that they sold me an unsafe vehicle and did not look at the inspection report that I gave them. So now I had to wait for them to order the brakes and rotors and install them when they got them. Still have harsh feelings that they let me drive an unsafe vehicle off the lot and around for a week. Not a fan of any of the Koch dealerships, going to take a lot to convince me to go back to a dealer or auto shop with Koch on it! They should be happy nothing happened and hope that I do not report them to PennDOT or State Policies. Photo of my inspection report from Dave's Automotive in Stockertown attached they, saved me! Dave's also found an OIL LEAK on the valve cover that I will have to fix sometime soon nice of Koch to STICK me with that without making me aware of it as well. Thank You

If you’re someone that dreads going to a car dealership, Koch 33 is absolutely the place for you! I didn’t even want a new vehicle but my old one was going to crap out sooner than later and I was deep into a loan for more than my car was even worth. My husband insisted that we go here because he also needed a new vehicle and wanted a truck. Much to my demise, they had no sedans and I’ve never driven anything else. I was apprehensive about looking at any sort of SUV but Michael, our salesman, showed me a Ford Bronco Sport and was extremely patient with me while I decided if I could see myself in it or any SUV. He was very personable and didn’t even laugh at me when I drove no faster than 15mph on the test drive. I ended up falling in love with the Bronco and off we went to paperwork! Zach behind the counter took the reins and worked tirelessly to get us the deal we wanted for both my vehicle and my husband’s pick, the Ford Maverick XLT. Also, if you’re someone that gets hangry while waiting around, the vending machine has some of the best choices I’ve seen anywhere! A big thank you to Michael and Zach for getting us both into amazing vehicles at an amazing price!
