  My husband and I worked with Brandon Boll at Koch. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. We walked away feeling like him and Mike genuinely cared that we were happy with our purchase and the deal we made. Next time we won’t hesitate to call them first. Love our new truck!

  All good. Good people all the way. The paper work a little much to absorb at once but trust we were not taken advantage of (always more than you thought you had settled on.) Very professional all the way. Brandon, Mike and Adam all very personable. Probably the best buying a new car experience I have had.

  I’d like to specifically shout out Michael. When the car I was purchasing was being detailed, they noticed the front tires were almost bald so they replaced them for me, but the wrong tires came in. It was already late in the day, so I wasn’t able to take the car home. Michael, and another employee (don’t know his name unfortunately) delivered my car to my house the next day which was over an hour away. Amazing service!

  I drove 3 hours to Koch 33 Ford because they were the only dealership in the country that had exactly what I wanted. My salesperson Brad was waiting for me when I got there and the purchase process was smooth and timely. Mike in finance took good care of me and followed up to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I was very pleased and impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. I would definitely consider Koch 33 Ford again.

  Terrible experience!!! Do not take your vehicle there!!!! Charged me over $700 to fix my my A/C, when I got it was still was not working. Took it back they wanted to charge me over $200 just to diagnose again. Staff incredible rude! He was yelling at me on the phone and refused to give me his name. Refuse to transfer me to his manager. He said they tested the A/c indoors and it works for them. Cars are meant to driven outside, why do I need my A/C to work only indoors?!!!
