What started off to be good experience of purchasing a new pickup turned into something very different. At paperwork signing I wanted to purchase Gap Insurance, extended warranty and the maintenance program. But I didn't want to pay the listed price. The person going through the financials with me said "let me see if I can get you a better deal" and left the room for a few minutes. He came back saying I got it down to $3,200. I was in a hurry to leave and did the one thing anyone should never do. I signed the documents blindly. Not analyzing the numbers. So the next part....is all my fault. That package of the "Extras" actually cost me over $11,500. This is business deceipt and they should be ashamed of themselves for this practice. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Koch 33 Ford ever again!! If you choose to....just be careful at signing.

I recently purchased my dream car a 2026 Ford Mustang at Koch 33 Ford with the help of Norman Munoz product specialist from Koch 33 Toyota. The buying process was smooth and straightforward. Norman took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable without any pressure. I also want to acknowledge everyone involved in the process, Dan Stover, George Martinez and Zach Stout. I would highly recommend these dealerships to anyone looking for a great car and excellent customer service!

My husband and I had every intention of signing paperwork for a Ford Explorer and bringing it home with us yesterday or later this week. We’ve been working with Kat Farley, who has been AMAZING, responsive, accommodating, and deserves recognition for her wonderful work ethic. However, the Assistant Sales Manager that was on yesterday, Zach (?) Stout, ended the deal for us. First impression- he didn’t even shake our hands before saying he’s “all in on the deal” and “already losing 3k on (my) Bronco.” When we brought up the driver’s door rattling, his exact words were “well I can sell it to someone else and they won’t notice.” I asked him how he’d live with himself, selling a car with a known issue, and he just laughed. He also told us the appraisal of my Bronco was done before there was Right taillight damage, which is incorrect. I brought my Bronco in for routine maintenance and oil change and upon picking it up, and while working with Kat to find another vehicle, I had it appraised AT FORD COLLISION for repairs to both the driver’s side door and back Right bumper. The quote was astounding- almost 4k. We said it certainly wasn’t done after the damage and he continued to insinuate we were lying. From the moment I met Kat to look for a new vehicle with my trade-in, I was transparent about the damage. In fact- she met me at the collision center to show me a grey Explorer. He would not stop arguing with us, then stated several times he “didn’t want to argue,” but that exactly what he was doing. We were told our last visit with the Sales Manager he’d take $1k off the sales price to get us where we needed to be. This guy said the Sales Manager never documented that anywhere and, again, insinuated we were lying. I told him $500 of that was for a First Responders discount he was willing to give me albeit it was a used vehicle. The other $500 was just good customer service, helping us get to a monthly payment we were comfortable with. Mr. Stout kept saying he wasn’t giving us $1k off the sales price and said he’s not interrupting his boss at wedding (which we didn’t expect him to). But if you’re in charge that day and $1k would’ve made or broken the deal, and it was already approved and discussed, why would you cost your business and your incredibly hardworking employee, Kat, a car sale? The exchange had me in tears after we left the business. We are a hard working couple just looking for a nice vehicle for our family. We would’ve gladly negotiated and paid a fair market price for the Explorer. We couldn’t even have that discussion with Mr. Stout because of his condescending, boligerant approach. Again, we planned on leaving the dealership with that vehicle yesterday and if it weren’t for that interaction, we happily would have. His customer service skills need much refining, and his general disposition to calm, effective, mature discussion does as well. He is not the kind of representation I’d want of my company.

MOST DISRESPECTFUL SALE MANAGEMENT - ZACH STOUT. Worst experience I have a had at this dealership at Koch Ford.Just bought a truck from this dealer and thought I would get the same respect I got the last time. Went last week to test drive vehicle and see where the number would be at. General sales manager was originally gonna give us 1k of sales price of used explorer without even haggling. Went back a week later after thinking it over and a different sale manager refused old offer and was the rudest sales person I have ever talked to in my life. Laughed and talked down to me and wife like were ignorant. If you’re in sales and deal with people that are trying to buy something from your company that you are supposed to represent maybe you should act accordingly. Zach maybe you need to re-think your career choice where you don’t have to talk to customer. Maybe go clean cars or stock parts in the back where you don’t have to talk to anyone.

Amazing experience here! I am thrilled with my decision choosing Koch 33. Greg Lopez was extremely responsive and transparent as a salesman. Greg took my information and worked diligently with sales manager Bill. Who was also extremely helpful and considerate. (Great duo over there) I came to Koch with 3 other F150 proposals from local Ford dealers and they beat every dealers price for the same truck. I was skeptical at first cause their numbers were $75-$200 A MONTH less than the other delaerships. Bunch the paperwork was finalized and the deal was set in stone. The number they gave me over the phone was the same number I left the dealership with. No games played, no sales tactics or price changes. Straight forward, no bullshit, 1 quote and 1 price, the lowest and most affordable financing I recieved from all my inquiries elsewhere. I drove from NJ to PA just to make the deal and im very thankful for those guys getting me into my desired vehicle for my monthly budget. Dont hesitate to shop at Koch. Ask for Greg and Bill to work you up a dream deal.
