Pick up was late. Instead of dropping off the rental at agreed destination myself and another customer had to ride back to Enterpises to pick up his rental, and I received the same rental that they transported us back in. I was late for an important meeting. I am very disappointed in Enterpise Car Rental

You lost a customer who this year alone has spent over 5k in your store, I will NEVER be back ever. And you can thank whatever manager was in charge today September 3rd. Just look at all the reviews recently. They're all negative that has to say something about what's going on in this store. I've been coming here for well over a year and it has fallen in the last few months. By the way, whatever BS you were trying to give me about my form of payment, I went to another Enterprise and I'm in a car right now so you can save that for the next person. Refuse to even look at my past history to see how much business I do with you. I look the mess today. Probably judging me on my appearance and you lost a customer for life. I will drive all the way to Allentown airport from now on before I ever visit your store again. Unfreaking believable the service that I received today. And the respect that I give you how I return the cars. I basically clean them myself. Vacuum detail everything. I guess that's not a two-way street. Take care
