  Absolutely terrible experience, save your time and DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Showed up at 8am to pick up our car that they don't have available. Do not trust this location if you have an important trip.

  Generally my go-to car rental spot. Most recent booking here was via Costco Travel for a week-long SUV rental for a road trip, and the experience on pickup and dropoff could not have gone any smoother. Alissa and Paulina took care of us with efficient professionalism, and made sure that we were able to enjoy a stress-free trip in a clean and comfy car.

  I had a horrible experience booking with this location. 20 minutes before my pick up time they call to let me know the car I had booked weeks in advance wasn’t available. The only option they offered was an upgrade, which I had to pay for. I shouldn’t have to pay for something that I planned so far in advance and they messed on their end. I ended up just cancelling my reservation. Very disappointed in this experience.

  WARNING TO ALL - Apparently their live booking agents and website bookings both have no REAL connection to the ACTUAL CARS AVAILABLE on the lots. I booked and confirmed online two days in advance of a critical rental suv I had to have for a Saturday event. Went to my pick up time the day before only to be told by the summer college help they didn’t have my suv and most likely won’t be able to adhere to the booking. I then CALLED the alternate location in NJ who told me on the phone they could indeed help and booked an suv there. Feeling elated to have found something I get a call ten minutes later from their manager that they too don’t have the car I just booked and was guaranteed over the phone. They are amateur hour with zero empathy and I am without the suv I needed for my trip.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I made a reservation on Friday afternoon for a vehicle I absolutely needed on Saturday morning for an important delivery in Washington, DC. At 7:30AM on the day of pickup, I received a message saying that no vehicles were available. I immediately tried calling the branch multiple times, but nobody answered. I called three separate times without success. The branch was supposed to open at 9:00 AM, yet when I arrived there appeared to be staff already operating and customers already being helped before opening hours. The biggest problem is not that vehicles occasionally become unavailable. The real issue is that Enterprise’s reservation system appears to accept bookings even when there is no actual inventory available. Customers are led to believe they have secured a vehicle, only to discover at the last minute that nothing is available. This caused a major problem for me. I had a scheduled delivery and a family trip planned, and because of the short notice it was nearly impossible to find another rental vehicle anywhere else. The entire situation created unnecessary stress and could have been avoided with a more reliable reservation system and better communication. A reservation should mean a vehicle is reserved. Unfortunately, in this case, it meant nothing. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
