  My check engine light came on in my vehicle. I brought it in without an appointment just to get a scan to find out with the issue was. I was kindly told the technicians were booked up and I would have to bring the car back Monday. That was until they got the diagnostic test back. They said the issue was a bit more severe than expected and did not want me to drive the vehicle. The manager Andy, quickly found me a vehicle to get myself home in. Kim was amazing. Their customer service was excellent and my vehicle was fixed and ready to drive in just 2 days. I am getting ready to get into my 4th vehicle with them. I could go and get the same vehicle at many different dealerships, but it’s the personal experience that keeps bringing me back. Not to mention their prices beat the competitors. Thank you for the prompt service.

  They did a great job of diagnosis on my 2019 ram. I had a tire pressure light that would not go out, replaced tires, sensors, nothing worked. After creating a Chrysler report, they repaired the job with a new antenna. Which fixed the problem. The service manager wrote off one sensor and the antenna, it was a mechanics nightmare. Thank you Brown Daub.

  Kim and the technicians were great! I had a new Jeep gladiator under warranty and had it at a dealer closer to me in the poconos, I had tested the auxiliary battery and found it was bad, they told me it wasn’t and fought me tooth and nail, gave me the Jeep back saying it’s fixed and I had the same issues before I pulled off the lot. I took it to brown daub on hecktown and they figured it out right away and had it fixed within a day under warranty. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you!
