  Scott was the best car salesman I ever had! I’ve never had this kind of service! He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need and worked with my numbers! I highly recommend going to Brown Daub and ask for Scott :)

  Kolbe was great! He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and gave me different options. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. He even stayed late so I could leave with my new jeep the same night. It was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made! Thanks again Kolbe!

  After a frustrating situation at a neighboring dealership, our salesman Tim was super helpful in guiding us through our options. We ended up purchasing from this dealership instead. Easy process with transparent communication!

  Absolutely terrible service department. Almost destroyed my transmission! Took my 2021 Jeep Wrangler in to have the transmission fluid and filter replaced. They performed the service and returned the vehicle. Almost immediately, the transmission began shifting poorly. I took the vehicle back and they examined it, charged me for diagnosis and returned the vehicle saying it was “shifting normally”. The problem continued and I took it to another Jeep dealership for a second opinion. They discovered that the transmission had been under filled by 1 quart of fluid! The second dealership billed me to refill the transmission and the vehicle is better than it was. I reached out to Brown-Daub’s service manager and asked for a full refund for the initial service and for the costs I had incurred to get it fixed (car rental etc). He kept arguing with me and eventually agreed to refund $280 for something that cost me over $1000 to rectify. And to add insult to injury, he sent me an email saying, “If you had put this same effort into speaking with us earlier, we may have been able to avoid all of this.” This is despite having been to the dealership twice and even having paid a second dealership to get a second opinion. They’re an absolutely incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional dealership. Save your money and take your vehicle to a dealership that knows what they’re doing.

  I had an amazing experience recently buying a car at Brown Daub on Hecktown Rd. Jordan Wolfe and Kolbe Keller went above and beyond finding me my truck, answering my numerous questions and making the process of buying the vehicle something I actually enjoyed!!!! Andrew Taylor worked with 2 lenders and got me a great deal. All the paperwork was filled out for me. These three gentlemen were a true pleasure to deal with.
