  Chris Honor was our salesman and let me tell you, there was zero pressure, everything he said was true, no false promises. Got us into the car we wanted for the price we wanted, no haggling even needed. Andy Taylor was the business manager we dealt with for the financing and paperwork. Hands down the easiest and smoothest purchasing experience in my 30 years of driving and buying cars. We like to be funny so being able to banter back and forth when spending thousands of dollars made the experience that much better. Will ABSOLUTELY bring our business here for future needs.   I rolled into Brown-Daub just to see what my options were, and Scott was so helpful in finding exactly what I needed, plus a little extra. He made the whole process painless—which I think says a lot for a dealership and is probably the reason this is my third purchase from them. As an added bonus, seeing Andy still there made it feel less like a sales pitch and more like a reunion. Go see Scott and the crew—they make buying a Jeep almost as fun as driving one (waving hand sold separately).

  Had such a great time finding my new car here! The staff is so helpful! Carissa (sales person) was fantastic! She truly cares about her clients, making sure that she could do anything to get me the car I was looking for. She never made me feel pressured into getting into something that wasn’t right for me (my favorite part). She was also very up front about everything, making sure I got answers to anything I needed. Ryan (the GM) took the time to answer all the questions and concerns I had, no matter how small! I would HAPPILY refer this location as a whole but especially Carissa as a sales person to those looking!

  I had an appointment for 10am to get an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Dropped car off about 10:15am. Was told will get a call when vehicle was completed. Around 2:30 I called to check on progress. Was told it was being worked on and I would get a call back before the end of the day. I called again at 4:35 (they close at 5pm) and was told yes it is done and he "should" have the paperwork done by 5. Got there about 4:55 and the ladies at the service desk were super friendly and helpful. They had to call to get my paperwork and I picked it up without an issue. Sorry but I won't be returning for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection that takes 6 hours.
