Representing the Lehigh Valley Library System, it was time to purchase a new van, thanks to a grant that we received. Willie Nelson, our sales rep, took the time to listen to what our needs were and helped us with purchasing the perfect vehicle to continue with our book delivery system. Austin was incredibly helpful when I came in for an oil change. As a busy mom who's constantly being pulled in a million different directions, I was on a tight schedule. I explained my situation to Austin, and he went above and beyond to make sure my oil change was completed quickly so I could get out on time. The entire crew was friendly, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you all for making the experience stress-free!

I would give them a -5 stars on their vehicle service last year. I took my vehicle to get fixed and upon picking it up realize somebody’s sideswipe my vehicle. I had to bring it back in and they buffed it out and nobody for management never called. this year I return with the same problem from the previous year . They tell me they fixed it. Three weeks later the same problem came up. I asked them what was going on and they tried telling me. It was a whole different problem. I spent a lot of money at this dealership and I advise if you don’t have a warranty with them don’t go and get service with them.

I’ve honestly lost count of how many cars I’ve bought from Kolbe over the last seven years, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. That alone says everything about the kind of person he is.
Buying a car can be stressful, but Kolbe has a way of making the entire process easy. He’s knowledgeable, patient, honest, and never makes you feel pressured. He takes the time to answer every question, explain all of your options, and make sure you’re choosing the vehicle that’s right for you, not just making a sale.
What really stands out is how much he gets to know his customers. Every time I come back, he remembers the features and options I’ve liked in my previous vehicles and helps me find something that fits me, not just what’s available. That level of attention and personal service is rare these days and is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back.
It’s clear Kolbe genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. He treats people with kindness, respect, and fairness, and you never feel like just another sale.
If you’re buying a vehicle, ask for Kolbe. He’s the reason I’ve returned to this dealership time and time again, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
I met a few nice people and that's the only reason I gave one star. Brown Daub hadnt caught on to the idea that a slow penny is better than a quick dollar! The prices have sky rocketed but there's no increase in service or customer service! They will flood your mailbox with coupons to bring you in for services but there's always always always an issue trying to redeem valid coupons from Brown Daub at checkout time. The detail company they hire is horrible as I had leaves and dirt still both inside and out of my vehicle. However, Brown Daub still sees it fit to keep them on to rip off their customers. Moreover, a sales representative from Brown Daub told how customers complain often yet nothing changes. I prefer the dealership to service my vehicle but not this one!! Horrible. The revolving door of employees is always turning and as a bonus for customers they've added a 3% fee when you use a credit card. Nice scam to get cash straight from one's checking. Brown Daub in Bethlehem and Easton PA, hard pass on recommendations.
