Totally unprofessional, they took 4 hours to change the four tires, I paid for an alignment and balancing, I had to come back the next day because they didn't do the correct alignment, they charged me for something they never did and when I came back they treated me badly, they disrespected me and laughed at me, I say responsibly I'm Gabriel, the service was very bad, and now they just refunded me the money for the alignment because they never did it and they are telling me that the fault is the rubbers, what a bad service, if I could give less than one star I want to do it

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM to replace a flat tire, but despite arriving on time, I was refused service. The employee told me they were too busy and were not accepting any more customers, even though I had a confirmed appointment.
I was in an emergency situation with a flat tire and needed immediate assistance, but no one was willing to help. I had no choice but to purchase the new tire and leave without having it installed.
After that, I visited more than 10 different tire shops trying to get the tire installed. Finally, Firestone, despite also being very busy, took the time to help me and had my new tire installed in just 10 minutes.
The customer service at Mavis Discount Tire was extremely disappointing. An appointment should mean something. If a business cannot support a customer during an urgent situation, it does not deserve my business or my recommendation. I will never return and cannot recommend this location to anyone.

They were super friendly and helped me get a new tire on very quickly. While waiting they answered my questions about other car problems and gave me great advice. Prices were fair and service was quick.
