Replaced all four tires, took longer then they estimated, left my covers under my car installed incorrectly and loose, now they are damaged and in need of replacement. Didnt install covers on valves, had to request upon leaving. Promised alignment and wheel balancing, my car is rocking when I drive. Overall don’t recommend, the pricing is good but at what cost ?

- JWJumal WongApr 14, 20265.0I went to Mavis Tire Shop in East Stroudsburg, and it turned into a good experience although not at first but the situation was rectified and the manager Mike showed professionalism in justifying my concerns and when I had to come back for something else with my car he further exhibited that professionalism and showed me that he had my best interest at heart although it’s a business and businesses wanna make money, he addressed my concerns leaving me a happy consumer instead of a furious and disgruntled one.
