  Amazing customer service. I was so impressed with the video walking through the findings of my service concerns. Prompt responses. So grateful for the drop off service as my husband was out of town & I didn't have to arrange help with picking up my car after a long day at work!

  What an experience! And not in a good way. I've been to many car dealerships in my time and this was, by FAR my worst one. The sales guy sat me down and spent the first 30 minutes talking about every feature from apple car play to Google maps like it was this revolutionary technology that wasn't available in every other modern car. All I wanted was a trade in quote. I mentioned this multiple times but MAN did this guy like to hear himself talk. I don't know if this was some kind of sales tactic, to get me so aggravated with the wasted time that I'd just agree to whatever terrible deal he put before me (and it was indeed terrible). After wasting well over an hour of my time, when all I wanted was a trade in quote, the only satisfaction I got was the look of shock on his face when I walked out. Don't come here. Don't waste your time. No one's dying to drive a Volvo. I certainly wasn't, but I was ready to buy a car for my family. Don't fall for garbage sales tactics where they pretend that sales tax is somehow savings they're personally giving you. It's from the state and doesn't cost them a dime. They don't care about you. All they care about is squeezing you for everything you're worth.

  The initial greeting was more than pleasant. It is so nice to come into a dealership that is so clean and inviting. The confidence conveyed by the service managers to me was professional. The tech found a nail in my tire. A video was sent to me so I could see the problem. No surprises! If I had any disappointments it was not in the service. However, when I made the appointment I informed the Service Manager I had received a email offering a 20% off my next service. I didn’t see it on my bill. I’m sure it was an oversight. I’m sure I’ll be back.
