Totally wasted my day because Enterprise thinks a Honda Odyssey is "similar to" a Kia Carnival. When I rent a minivan, Honda Odyssey "or similar", I expect a minivan. Maybe not a Honda Odyssey, but a similar minivan. But I get a Kia Carnival because they classify those as the same thing. If I ordered a fullsize SUV model "or similar" and you gave me a Kia Carnival, okay that makes sense. But one of these things is a minivan, and the other is a totally different vehicle. Employee was just doing his job and was nice, but really tried to sell me on the idea that a Honda Odyssey is similar to a Kia Carnival. So you're telling me, if a customer orders a Kia Carnival, and you give them a Honda Odyssey, that customer would be happy with that? Absolutely not, if they order a Kia Carnival you give them a FULLSIZE SUV, NOT A MINIVAN. I feel dumber after having to look at an SUV for 20 minutes while someone explains to me how its actually a minivan. So now I have to cancel my entire day and replan everything because enterprise thinks a Kia Carnival is a minivan. There's a reason why I switched to Hertz years ago. Hertz knows what a minivan looks like.

I had an excellent experience with this Enterprise location. The entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly understanding throughout the rental and return process. I was managing a stressful car situation, and their kindness, flexibility, and willingness to help made everything so much easier. They truly went above and beyond for me, and I left feeling genuinely grateful for the way I was treated. I would absolutely rent from this location again and highly recommend their team! They also work super efficiently with the other Enterprise teams in the Central Pennsylvania/Harrisburg/Lancaster area!

Ease of entire process from reserving car online, check-in, checkout all seamless. And appreciate the staff when picking up and dropping off being personable. Actually talked "to" me instead of "at" me. Thanks East Petersburg PA location.
