  Incredible, stress-free car buying experience! I had an idea of what I wanted and walked in looking to check a few models out and maybe get a test drive or two. Anna greeted me when I walked in and showed my around some of the ones I was interested in. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and absolutely no pressure! When I settled on a model, Anna arranged for the exact one I wantes (FWD, cloth not leather seats) to come into Lancaster from their Reading office the next day, no hassle, no guilt, no fees…just smooth and easy. I test drove it, it was perfect and Anna walked me thru the finance process. Her and her mgr Tyler even helped troubleshoot when I realized I had put a lock on my credit a couple years ago after an id theft scare. The entire process redefined what car-buying should be. It turned it from something dreaded to something I actually enjoyed. Highly highly recommend!
