Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

The men at Mavis are top notch! Came in because my personal mechanic couldn’t find apparently a nail in my trend of the tire.. 2 days at my mechanics.. found nothing; less than an hour Mavis finds the nail in my tire.. I could not be more grateful.. I would recommend them to anyone. Fast, and great customer service. Thanks again!

⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would.
We have taken our car to the Montgomeryville Mavis location before and had a great experience with Sean and Erin, so we had no hesitation about using Mavis again. Unfortunately, after our experience at the East Norriton location, we will never return.
My husband took the car in on Sunday at 9:00 AM for an inspection. He didn’t leave until around 2:00 PM and was told that their inspection machine wasn’t working. We called the night before to setup the appointment and was never told it wasnt working. We understood that things happen, so we asked if they could at least take care of some other work on the car, including four new tires and an oil change.( synthetic oil is 6k miles not 3k miles)sticker on our car says 101k paper work says differently you can see in the photo.
We repeatedly told the gentleman at the counter that we wanted four tires, not two. After the tires and oil change were completed, we went next door to Jiffy Lube for the inspection. The car failed because oil was leaking onto the tires and over the engine, and we were told the vehicle was unsafe to drive and failed bc of it. So, we essentially spent $100 on an oil change only to have the car fail inspection because of an oil leak due to over filling and care lessness.
When we returned to Mavis, we also noticed on the inspection paperwork that the lug nuts needed to be service. Our question is: if they were installing four new tires, why wasn't this brought to our attention at the time the tires were installed? 🤔
We were then told that a thermo sensor needed to be ordered for the check-engine light. We asked them to order the part so we could return Friday and have it replaced.
After contacting corporate, we were honestly disappointed with how the situation was handled. The assistant manager repeatedly told my husband, “At the end of the day, I have the final say.” That may be true, but it certainly didn't make us feel like our concerns were being taken seriously. Gary ultimately offered us a $150 credit, which was enough to cover the oil-change issue and could be applied toward the sensor work. Thursday Oct 1st. my husband called the store to confirm that the part had been ordered and that his Friday appointment was scheduled. He specifically explained that he could be there at 10:00 AM but needed the car back by 3:00 PM because he had to pick our daughter up from school while I was at work. They stated their was nothing in the system so my husband said okay well can you make sure its put in then. Gentleman on the phone said absolutely. He arrived Friday, October 2, 2026, only to find out that the part had never been ordered and there was no appointment scheduled. There were already four cars ahead of him, and they told him they wouldn't be able to look at the car that day. My husband also felt they didnt want to do anything because my 3yr old son was their too. At this point, this was the third trip to the store for the same issue. They said they could order the part that day, but we would have to come back Monday and make sure the manager was there. At that point, we were done. They can keep the part. They can keep the $150 credit. We will not be spending another penny at this location.
This was approximately another $600 job, and instead of taking care of the customer and completing the work, we were repeatedly sent away and told to come back. What makes it even more frustrating is that Jiffy Lube next door was much busier than Mavis, and we watched the assistant manager and other workers telling customers that they could purchase parts somewhere else because they would be cheaper. As an assistant director at my own job, I understand that things don't always go perfectly. But when something goes wrong, customer service, communication, and accountability matter. I would never want someone leaving my workplace feeling the way we did after dealing with this location.
Our experience with the Montgomeryville Mavis was completely different, which makes this East Norriton experience even more disappointing.
