UPDATE I did receive a call from someone at customer service who helped resolve some of my issues. However, prior to that I was actually hung up on by someone because I told them I couldn’t understand what they we’re saying. The customer service rep did take time to apologize and help with the issues so that definitely was a positive. However, I do think they should train their staff better to help direct customers correctly so that the customer does not have to go through so many steps, including posting a negative review to get a response and to get help.
