  The workers were friendly and efficient. Iwas passing through the Scranton area on my way home from Boston to Baltimore when i got a flat. They changed my flat tire quickly and I was on my way. The gentleman who sold my tire was friendly and knowledgeable.

  My pregnant daughter brought her car in for a simple muffler check and was told she needed front and rear brakes, understandable, given normal wear, not questioning that. But then she was quoted $1,100. for brakes and rotors. I may not be a mechanic, but in all my years on this earth, I’ve never been charged $1100 for brakes! When I called to ask about the price and see if any discounts were available, I was basically shut down and said that we were dealing with a chain and they had already removed one minimal fee for us. She was scared and just wanted her car safe to drive , and it felt like that urgency was taken advantage of. I understand parts and labor cost money, but this is unethical for standard brake work, and the lack of willingness to work with a customer in a vulnerable position was very disappointing. Never again!

  Service was excellent and the people Timothy and Ron they answered all my questions. The store was clean and neat. I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience.

  Booked an appointment online a week in advance to wait for my service. Came to check in they couldn’t find my appointment. When found they said it would be a few hours until I could get in. Why allow appointments when you’re not going to honor them.
