They got me in same-day for a set of tires and an alignment. Ron was super nice, and very upfront about the cost and timeframe. He does a great job!

Heard weird noises when we got off the highway. Being over an hour from home and panicking, this place was recommended by a gentleman from campus. They took me in as soon as possible to access what was wrong. Here I am, a mom who just dropped her kid off to college, thinking all the worst… but Ron Fallo is the best!!! This assistant manager is honest, thorough and respectful - an absolute pleasure & gentleman to work with. Im so appreciative and now have a bit more peace of mind knowing if our kid has any issues they have a dependable place close by.

Place needs to be shut down, it's obvious they can't handle the workload or the manager just doesn't want to do it because he's busy doing nothing.
Also don't give me the same reply you give everyone else about calling your toll free number. Wait around long enough for work to get done on my car I'm not sitting on hold with your customer service and waste more of my time. How

I made appt, got email and text confirmation of appt. They said they were busy & asked to come back later. I was okay with that bc I wanted work done immediately. I was willing to wait. I asked when should I come back, 1/2 hr or longer? The answer was "that's up to you" as if that's an actual answer. I asked if an hour would be ok. Was told yes. When I got back the door was locked one of the employees wife/gf who was delivering McDonald's for their dinner had to let me in. She rightfully yelled to the workers something like "this is not how you treat customers."
The waiting room experience in Dunmore is one guy refusing to acknowledge my or anyone's existence while throwing his mouse and smashing his keyboard. Another worker asked for my ins, reg etc. then walked away. It seemed he was trying to assist me as he asked for my keys until I realized he was talking to someone who walked off the street and behind me in line. I decided to wait and give them the opportunity to do the right thing and call me back. At that point the angry guy that throws the keyboard and mouse starts closing up for the day. This was 2.5 hours before scheduled closing time and instead of dealing with customers was closing every stall but the guy who they let cut in line. I overheard the keyboard smashing mouse throwing guy whisper another worker, (the guy who seemed to at least try) saying something to the effect "you're going to have to tell him to come back tomorrow." There's absolutely no way I was going to but I wanted to see what would happen bc the pleasant worker said "we can't do that bc we've already made him wait all this time and he's already come back." So I waited and waited as the angry guy continues to close up shop. It literally appeared they were going to have me stand there close up without any intention of calling me back and doing any work. After waiting 1.5 hours I walked out.
I understand they're backed up. I understand they're overworked. Don't take the appt if you can't handle the work. Don't make the public rely on you to do what is expected if you aren't willing to. I would've gone somewhere else. (If that's even possible as this is par for the course for many auto mechanics. Maybe not the rudeness but not wanting to or not able to accommodate.) How are we supposed to get our cars inspected if this is a normal day at this place and calling around to other places seems it's routine mechanic policy. Mechanics all over don't answer their phones and they don't call back when we leave messages. They push us to use online scheduling (which I love) but places don't honor their appts. This is a typical auto mechanic in 2026. Then we can't get our cars inspected, get pulled over for inspections lapsing despite contacting mechanic after mechanic. I've contacted four different places during the month of July and August.
I see this place received a lot of high ratings in google. Perhaps it was before they hired the guy that likes to throw around computer parts? Perhaps it was when they employed enough people. Or perhaps it's like the HVAC company I reviewed recently. Where it appears they inundate Google with fake reviews so it drowns out real reviews like mine.
Tire Choice if you can't handle the volume then either hire more employees or don't schedule beyond what the current employees can handle. The Dunmore employee's attitude is unacceptable and the employee should not be allowed in the public areas. However it's likely his attitude is more than his anger management issues. When expecting your two employees to do the work of four or more people and you will get such behavior even with the best worker.

We stopped in close to closing time with an overheating engine in the middle of our road trip, and Ron and Tim were willing to help out nonetheless! They got it right in and helped bleed and fill the coolant system. Made it the rest of the way to our destination with no more heat issues. Can't say thank you enough!
