  Watch out for the fine print! I thought I had a coupon for synthetic oil change for $57 and walked out paying $116! Extra half quart of oil, extra money, shop fees, extra money, disposal fee, more money!

  My husband went to get his tires aligned. I called over and was told it would be around $135. I thought that was a pretty good price, especially for all 4 tires, which I did tell them it would need front and back alignment. My husband asked them to also change his oil. They charged just shy of $300. They told him he needed new struts. When they put the tires back on they put the 2 mostly wore tires one on front left and 1 on back left. Also the car pulled even more to the right than it did before it was "aligned". Took the car to our mechanic (he isn't able to do alignments out of his garage) to have him look at the struts and he said they were ok and in not need of replacement. So what we got out of the visit to Monroe was they didn't do the alignment, didn't rotate the tires like they said they did when they put them on, and only changed the oil (I hope they did). AND charged almost $300! They used to be a great place to go, but now I don't recommend them at all.
