  Not too sure but I’m pretty sure they bent my rim using a bar to take my tire off, because 3-4 weeks ago when I got my tires changed they balanced out fine and there was no issues I also didn’t notice anything while driving. They did say it balanced out fine and I shouldn’t notice but there’s a very very little shake past 60

  Nik from Monroe Auto Service and Tire Centers was AWESOME! They closed at 5pm however, Nik stayed late to put a new tire on our car! We truly appreciated Nik’s service! Jerome and Liz

  Very nice, and friendly. I stopped here because of the ratings since I was very far from home. Had a concern about a noise coming from the passenger front side making noise while turning and wanted to make sure it wasn't anything serious that would cause major problems. Thankfully it wasn't and Doug was very kind about seeing me right away and getting my problem fixed in a timely manner

  Very professional and nice, got towed there by a competitor and he recommended them to fix my truck, great and professional and caring .

  This review is difficult for me to put into words as it was hands down the best experience I ever had with any business. I went in after work and didn't know what to expect. The last couple of days I noticed my back tire in my Buick Encore would slowly lose air and with my work schedule where I am it is difficult for me to get into places unless they are opened after 4:30. After work I googled up some places and found this one had hours that suited my work schedule. From the start, the person behind the counter, Nick, was very professional and friendly. He did not hesitate to look at the Buick and found that there was a nail in it and in no time he fixed it and I was on my way home. The value couldn't be beat. It was so nice to know that there still are great business people in this world that value customers, are friendly and have integrity. I recently had bad experiences with most businesses and thought integrity, genuine friendliness and professionalism was a thing of the past. This place proved me wrong. I decided to keep the nail and never get rid of it because that nail represents that there is still integrity left in businesses and this world. That is rare these days. I can't thank Nick and the staff at Monro enough and I am very grateful.
