  Safelite was very nice to work with, and made the whole process headache free. Nevin was our technician and he did a great job at explaining everything he was doing to fix our windshield and was always so nice and pleasant!

  Called to set up the appointment and they came the next day. Text updates on where my technician was, and on time. Got right to work and was very professional. This is the third time I've used Safelite and I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this service.

  Safelite was quick setting up my appointment. My technician Nevan was very nice and informative during the service. It was originally set up as a home visit, but with the rain, it had to be done at the shop. Got right in, and service was done in timely manner. Excellent customer service

  I also want to add some additional recognition for the Safelite technician who came to Punxsutawney to replace the rear glass on my Ford F-250. The quality of the repair was excellent, but what really made the experience memorable was the level of professionalism and personal responsibility he brought to the job. It is easy for a large national company to advertise great customer service. The real test happens when one employee arrives at a customer’s home with a truck that needs repaired. At that point, that technician represents the entire company. Safelite could not have had a better representative at my home. He was courteous, prepared, knowledgeable, and extremely careful with my F-250. He didn’t treat the appointment like another number on a schedule. He treated my vehicle and property with respect and took the time necessary to make sure the job was completed correctly. I particularly appreciated his attention to detail. After watching him work, it was obvious that he knew his trade and took pride in the finished product. There was no rushing, cutting corners, or settling for “good enough.” When he finished, everything looked clean, professional, and exactly as it should. Providing this level of mobile service in the Punxsutawney area also deserves recognition. We aren’t located in a major metropolitan area, yet Safelite provided a level of service that made me feel like my location wasn’t an inconvenience at all. The technician came to me fully prepared and turned what could have been a major hassle into an easy experience. I hope Safelite management recognizes employees who perform at this level. A company’s reputation is built one customer interaction at a time, and technicians like this are the reason customers return and recommend a company to their friends and family. As someone who is particular about his vehicles, earning my trust matters. This technician earned it. I would confidently trust Safelite with my F-250 again and recommend their mobile service throughout the Punxsutawney area. Outstanding workmanship, outstanding professionalism, and outstanding customer service. This wasn’t simply a five-star repair—it was a five-star experience from beginning to end.
