I have no issues at all with the Dubois location normally and they are always helpful. Justice was very helpful during my initial rental processing. I have a few complaints about the car however. I was given a Mitsubishi Mirage. As soon as I saw the car I noticed a hub cap was missing. Then during the walk around this car was dented and scratched to kingdom come. It honestly was embarrassing driving this car to work everyday for two weeks. My other complaint was the detailer did a horrible job with this car. It was dirty and the inside windshield was streaked horribly. It was actually hard to see out of in sunlight or in headlights. The outside needs buffed to at least make this car presentable. There is no corporate email to complain to so I am forced to put my complaints here. This is the first time that I've been given a hunk of junk car by Enterprise. I normally get practically brand new cars. I hope that you can do better in the future because this car was BAD.

dropped off here to end my cross country trip. the guy explained the deposit refund to me clearly. even went beyond to fix the time zone changes on the bill. i was worried about being charged for gas as i got the car and it was only at a quarter of a tank. so i returned it with such. i read reviews of other enterprises that this would be an issue but honestly no issues at all! it was quick and they were all very friendly

The only problem I had was i reserved for a car they said was available and the ended up giving me a truck to use. All I'm saying if it's not available at the location or the time of reservation please don't display it as if it is. It was extremely hard to park and traffic in the city was more nerve wrecking than it would have been in a car. But other than that i was very satisfied with my rental.
