Made an appointment online for inspection. Received multiple email and text messages for confirmation and reminders that the inspection was coming up. Arrived at Mavis 15 minutes early for my appointment just to be told that they do not do inspections on Monday. They also do not do inspections on Wednesdays and can only do 5 inspections a day. The person at the front desk was not able to provide me with another date or time for the inspection. Awful customer service.

I went to the shop for a check engine light on dash. William at the desk took care of me right away. The tech. Adam who worked on my car personally came out to the waiting room and told me what the problem was and how long it would take to fix it. There was no upselling. A very positive experience all around.

While the central call center absolutely sucks - William and team are the sole reason this location survives. I was passing thru town and got a random slice in a hard to find tire. I called at 7am and the call center said to come in at 12 as the tire would be delivered at 11. I show up, and NO TIRE. When I called the highly incompetent and completely useless call center, they gave me the runaround and insultingly offered my a $50 coupon (which they still haven’t sent). William on the other hand did not quit on me. With what seemed like 100 cars on the lot and a backup of customers- William did not blink an eye, nor lose his smile. The techs also have a great sense of

I don’t often leave reviews, but I couldn’t let this act of kindness go unrecognized. I drive several hours each day to get my son to and from school. When I discovered my new car had a serious tire leak, I called everywhere, hoping someone could help in the very small window I had before I needed to pick him up. William at Mavis told me they were extremely busy and couldn’t promise they could get me out in time. I completely understood and didn’t expect to be put ahead of anyone. But when he looked at my tire and realized how unsafe it would be for me to drive on the highway, he found a way to help. Within about 30 minutes, William had my tire repaired, got me safely back on the road in time to pick up my son, and, incredibly, didn’t charge me. What may have felt like a small gesture to him meant more to me than I can express. He potentially prevented a dangerous situation on the highway, kept my son from being stranded at school, and turned an incredibly stressful day into one that renewed my faith in the kindness of people. William, thank you. Your compassion, professionalism, and humanity will stay with me for a very long time. Sometimes one person’s kindness can change someone’s entire day, and yours certainly changed mine.
