  I was in a rush to get back to work. The team understood my situation and was able to complete my oil change within 12 minutes. I have been to this location several times and they are always extremely friendly and thorough. Would highly recommend and will continue to return for services.

  These guys are great super efficient. Treat the car like it is their own. Super friendly seriously I pass other locations to come here so I know it is 100 percent done correctly. Worth every dollar.

  Stopped in to get my oil done the person stated I had low on my ac said I needed to get it recharged the manager comes out and try’s to show the others how to do it. then after he does something under the hood the rpm’s start jumping when I run the ac. The person who i spoke with at first even states to him was fine before we did this. Figured he would say hey I made a mistake let’s not charge you. Charges me full price no apology and says I’m not A MECHANIC!!. So if you’re not a mechanic why are you touching something under the hood. After calling my friend he states he most likely added to much. So with this, I will be contacting my attorney since they don’t have licensed mechanics working on cars .Don’t do any recommending services just oil if you in a pinch. The person that talked to me at first was very nice. Now i can’t drive my car because service shops are closed and i have to get someone to undo whatever he did. Again more money out of my pocket. I might need a whole new ac unit from one of my mechanic friends said. Now having to wait til Monday to speak to corporate. This guy has the audacity to say it was sitting at 4 out of 17 so thats means it’s your issue. Can careless about service GO FOR AN OIL CHANGE HAVE A BROKEN CAR……UPDATE BRIAN the area manager called only offered to redo the service that’s it. Now it’s lawyer time. They want to blame the driver and not taking responsibility for possibly destroying my ac. Again acted like he didn’t care, guess only a your served will get them to listen. Please don’t go to these people if they brake things they can fix them according to Brian they are service techs not mechanics that fix things. Second update from the mechanic said that Corey filled my ac to a point in which it had twice the amount and was surprised there weren’t any leaks or that it didn’t blew up, Update #3 Brian still fighting won’t refund me my ac charge even though on a recorded line stating that Corey gave me the option of paying for my diagnostics or refunding I chose that and he/ Brian Stopped it from being placed. Your associate could of killed all of us because the ac could of exploded

  The crew that was working was brilliant and timely with their oil change and radiator flushing. They provided a great Valvoline experience. I actually wanted to give them a good review while I was in the shop!

  26 April 2026. Charged almost $70 for a simple oil change with my own oil. They provided labor and oil filter. Do not go there unless you want a quick oil change with convenience. Rather, visit a local shop that’ll do such a service for $30-$40. They did not even provide a military discount (20%) because I brought my own oil. Go figure.
