  A proper review for Joe 'Volvo' Craig and Keystone Volvo Service is well overdue. I bought my very first Volvo at their Berwyn, PA location in 1989 - best decision ever! And I quickly felt I was welcomed into a new family. I started going to the Doylestown , PA location in the late 1990's and I saw some familiar faces from Berwyn there. Sales Managers, some Service Dept members - what a sense of peace and calm that gave me! I cannot remember the exact year I met Joe, but I can say because of him and the outstanding Service team, I have never gone anywhere else. There is simply no reason to. Joe perfectly reflects the dealership's 'No Pressure, No Hype' motto. It’s not just a slogan on the license plate frame, it’s truly how they do business. Over three decades, Joe has become a caring family friend who has never steered us wrong. But don't speak with Joe unless you are ready to sign on the dotted line, because he will find you your perfect car in record time! His passion, loyalty, honesty, morality, knowledge, forthrightness, ethics, and integrity are unmatched in this industry. Keystone Volvo Berwyn told me decades ago, "be loyal to us and we'll be loyal to you." To this day, that has always been and continues to be the truth. And, that culture of loyalty extends directly to their customers. If you want a car-buying experience built on a lifetime of trust, do yourself a favor and see Joe Craig at Keystone Volvo!" Without question, to complete the package, you must include the maintenance service of your car. The knowledge, expertise, and excellence of the Service Team is unmatched. There, you'll find Pete Kelly, Mike Cluckey, and Tony Allen. They are so seasoned that quite often, they have begun a diagnosis for us right over the phone. And when you bring your car in for service, just seeing them makes is such a reassurance. They’re really nice people! They are the faces of those dedicated, highly skilled hands that manage the technical servicing of your Volvo. They know these cars inside and out. Their knowledge, expertise, and generosity is exactly why we keep going there. Keystone Volvo definitely reflects an honest, family-owned business. So, no matter who you connect with there, there is no doubt that you’ll be well taken care of.

  Jennifer was friendly and patient when helping me shop for a new/used car. She spoke frankly and honestly about the cars’ features and about Keystone pricing. I received a fair trade-in price and there was no pressure to do upgrades. Once I made the decision, Jennifer spent additional time going through all the new technology and helping to get it set up to my personal preferences. I definitely recommend Jennifer and Keystone Volvo when looking for a new/used car.

  One of the big reasons I own a Volvo is that I can count on Keystone’s superior service to keep my S60 humming along. I trust their workmanship 💯 percent and highly recommend them if you own a Volvo near Downtown.

  I waited for 4 hours for a regular service on an EV and for them to restore factory settings so I can download apps. The car was dirtier at the end than when it went in. When I told them my car vibrates at 63-73 mph everyone acted as if it wasn’t a known issue on the model and they balanced my front wheels which solved nothing. My advice is to go to another location for service that is more knowledgeable and efficient.
