  I scheduled this routine 30K service by calling service department. I was able to select a date and time to my preference, with a loaner car. I paid for the valet service ($30) and it was so convenient. Service was thorough and completed early afternoon, with no “up sale” of unnecessary procedures. There were reasonable suggested items and I had the option of declining. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, like all previous interactions with this dealership. I will definitely do the service here again. If I’m in the market for a new car, I will seriously consider buying it here.

  The service writer is extremely well informed and friendly. The maintenance work and state inspection was completed and thoroughly explained.

  Top notch experience!! Jennifer was wonderful. She took the time to go over and explain all of the features of my new XC90 and walked me through each step of understanding the vehicle. Jennifer made sure that she found me the vehicle that I really wanted. It was a great experience all around.

  Bought a used Tesla Model X from Keystone Motors online from Tennessee and Joe Craig couldn't have been a better liaison for me! He was extremely transparent, proactive in communication (I was never wondering what next steps were), and a true professional who made the buying experience stress free, including handling the shipping of my car directly to my house on their dime! I would gladly recommend Joe personally and Keystone Motors to anyone looking to purchase a car in person or online.

  I had my 2021 Volvo XC60 in for a 90,000 mile check up with Anthony and I was extremely pleased. They provided a loaner and kept me totally informed on the status of my vehicle. I’ve been a Volvo owner since 2008 and have always had positive experiences at Keystone Volvo of Doylestown Pa. I will always be a Volvo owner and by my vehicles at Keystone.
