  Took truck in for recall and oil change and then suggested to have my inspection done as well, which saved me an extra service visit. Quick service and notified when done early for pick. Well run service by Harley my rep.

  They had the car I wanted and offered a fair price for my trade-in. Anthony was very helpful and polite during our sales experience. They valued our time and were swift in finalising the sale. Will likely check with Fred Beans first the next time I purchase a car.

  It took over a month for warranty repairs to be done on my vehicle. The unacceptable amount of time for repairs was due to this site's errors and mistakes when dealing with warranty work. Rather than stepping up and fixing the vehicle once they realized the error was on them, they let it sit there until the warranty work was approved. The service rep's lack of communication was infuriating. The way several personnel speak to customers is also unacceptable. If you want to feel like a small, insufficient human being, this place is great for you.

  I recently purchased a 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid from Fred Beans Hyundai, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team. My sales consultant George, along with Sales Manager Andrew and General Manager Paul, form an exceptionally knowledgeable group that genuinely puts the customer first. Having worked with them on multiple occasions, I can confidently say they always go the extra mile to ensure you drive away happy. During my first purchase with them, we encountered an unforeseen issue that neither I nor the dealership had initially caught. Rather than making excuses, they stepped up immediately and had the problem fully corrected within just a day or two going far above and beyond what I expected to make things right. On my second vehicle acquisition, I ran into a very minor subscription glitch with Bluelink. To be clear, this was unequivocally a manufacturer-related hiccup and completely outside the dealer's control. Despite that, they didn't wash their hands of it after the sale. They continued to work diligently on the matter for two full weeks, staying persistent and communicative until it was fully resolved. I’ve purchased 14 vehicles over the last four years, so I have a solid benchmark for what good service looks like and this team sets the gold standard. While I can't personally vouch for any other Fred Beans locations, I can emphatically say that Fred Beans Hyundai is a dealership you can absolutely trust. If you're in the market for a Hyundai, do yourself a favor and give them a call. You'll be in excellent hands!

  This location does not care about your time or planning. We made a service appointment for several items weeks in advance, and called to speak with the service department before hand to confirm the items we were asking for were all able to be done in one visit. Well cue the night before the 7:45 am appointment when we dropped the car off, the representative at the desk said she didn’t have any notes on the services we put in for… despite me showing her the confirmation email with her name on it and all the notes. So that did not inspire confidence. Then the next day we received no updates or notice of service until we called and emailed several times. At that point is was after 3:00 and only an oil change had been done, no work on the seat belt, no one drove the car to check with a sensor error, and we were told the spare key we called weeks in advance for was not in stock. I was also told by the representative that I was wrong in that I spoke with someone from the service department before hand for the notes because they “don’t speak to customers” and in the same breath she snappily asked me “who do you want to talk to then?” and tried to connect me to one of those people… Again called and emailed a higher up and *magically* someone became available to drive and check the car. It still wasn’t going to be done on time and items weren’t in stock, but someone at least did something? Since buying our car from a different Fred beans we have had several issues where they do no care about your experience unless you complain in writing which is terrible service. We will not take our car here again and would not recommend.
