    Overall, very good service. Disappointed in the fact that my windshield washer fluid was not filled up despite the fact that it had a green status on the checklist that they provide covering their service points. When I went back in and told them that the fluid was low, they had someone come out immediately to fill the fluid.

    The car selection was great. The sales person Ian was great. I would love to give 5 stars but can't because I paid for the 5 year warranty protection which is supposed to cover interior stains and didn't check the back seat before leaving the dealer but the stains were still on the seat and the detail/cleaning wasn't very impressive.

    I am absolutely THRILLED about my "new" used car purchase! It's literally 20 years old, runs fantastic, is so clean and nice and it's just everything we needed for a fantastic price and all the people that worked with us on this very inexpensive car to help us get through was amazing ~ Kevin K3 :) George, Cat, and more....thank you thank you! BIG Cred also to The Buying Center for taking on my old cars, AutoRent for getting me in a loaner fast and flexible !     I am only giving One Star and here is why. I have a 2015 Hyundai Elantra and then engine seized. My mechanic suggested I call a Hyundai dealer to see if it was covered under warranty. I called Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown because I had taken the car there before for warranty work. I called and spoke with Harley (who was wonderful in every way possible!!!) she looked my car up and saw that I had a 15 year/150,000 mile warranty and asked how many miles I had- 114,000. She explained that I could have the car towed and they would check it out to see if it was the Rod Bearing for $220.00 diagnostic fee. She said that if it was determined to be the Rod Bearing that she would submit the paperwork to Hyundai to be approved. if they approve it the diagnostic fee would be in the warranty job- no cost to me. If it was not approved then I would then have a choice- have them get an engine and install or I could then pick the car back up and make my next move. I set my appointment to have the car looked at and low and behold got a call from Harley letting me know that she believed it would be covered and will submit the paperwork to Hyundai and it could take up to 48 hours for them to approve or deny. Two days later I got the call that it was approved and that I could come get my Rental (included since it was warranty work) and the job would take 3-4 weeks since they had to order an Engine. 31 days later I got a call from a man ( not sure if he was the tech or another service writer) who said they were buttoning up the job and had some recommendations. He stated the engine was still shaking and believed it was a Suspension issue and could diagnose it for a $220.00 fee. He also believed it had an Exhaust leak that again for a $220.00 fee he could diagnose it to see where the leak was. He also said I needed a new cabin air filter and air filter that would cost $200.00. I politely declined. I called my mechanic and made an appointment for 2 days later. I picked my car up and yes the engine was shaking at an idle. I dropped my car off 2 days later and got a call from my mechanic who said that the car needed 3 Motor Mounts. I say again 3 MOTOR MOUNTS!!!! HOW CAN YOU REPLACE AN ENGINE AND NOT NOTICE THE MOTOR MOUNTS ARE BAD????? Why wouldn't you have called me and said "hey we took the engine out and noticed that your motor mounts are bad. Since the engine is already out we will only charge you the cost of the parts?". I would have gladly had them do it since it would have saved me the cost of labor. FRED BEANS- YOUR MECHANICS SUCK!!! I will happily continue to go to my mechanics at Auto Doctor in Warminster who don't dare nickel and dime me a diagnostic fee!
