  Dom and Jack helped me out when I needed it most, my tire was losing some air. Got it done within 30 min. These guys will take care of you.

  We were quoted $650 from Bobby Rahaul Acura to remove and replace a lug nut bolt that they claimed was cross threaded while having my car for a recall. Mavis fixed it for $100. We last minute decided to also get new tires and they had everything completed before the close of business even while being very busy.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Dover, PA. I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection, and they failed it for the two front tires that I had installed only about a year ago. It felt like the failure was more about trying to sell me new tires since they are in the tire business than about the actual condition of my vehicle. They completed the emissions inspection and placed the emissions sticker on my car but failed the safety inspection. I then took the vehicle elsewhere, had the front tires replaced, and returned to Mavis for the reinspection. When they issued the safety sticker, they placed a different month sticker on the vehicle, leaving me with mismatched inspection stickers. I immediately brought the issue to their attention and asked them to correct it, but they refused to help. The staff showed no concern for the problem and made no effort to resolve it. Their attitude toward customers was unprofessional and dismissive. To make matters worse, I was charged again for a sticker that I had already paid for during my original inspection visit. As for the technician, Owen M. Brown, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
