  We have a brand new Honda that had a tps alert so we took it to Mavis they found a screw in tire. And would not accept a payment. That gesture has earned all my business for the foreseeable future

  The assistant manager Chaz went above and beyond to meet my needs he was great working with me to keep me in the budget I gave him. The manager Chad also helped with pricing. I had alot of work done . 4 tires, alignment , oil change tpms for all tires , inspection emissions wiper blades new lug nuts. Chaz had me in and out in 3.5 hours where anywhere else would have your car all day and night. I would recommend the Dover Mavis .The store was clean and everybody I talked to were. very friendly. Thanks Mavis will be back

  I was having some trouble with my tires and stopped to have them looked at and ended up having to get 4 new tires unexpectedly. They showed me the problems and were able to work with me regarding price. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing car service! I stopped and they were able to fit me in without an appointment and the full tire change was done very efficiently, and all the staff members I encountered were very easy to interact with.

  Amazing experience here in this branch. I initially came for a tire rotation but they were able to catch that my state inspection is overdue! Great catch from their team. Shout to Ryan (tech)! and Chad up front. Will def come back. 5 stars in my book!

  I had rear brake work done at this Mavis location at the end of September. Shortly after, a severe metallic rattling and clicking noise began coming from the rear end whenever I drove over bumps; and there was a click noise when applying pressure to brakes. I brought my car back to this store TWICE specifically to have them check the noise. Both times, their technicians supposedly inspected the vehicle and told me everything was completely fine and nothing was wrong. One time they blamed the noise on “rocks in my body frame”, the second time they told me it was objects in my trunk rattling around. Unconvinced, I took my vehicle to the Mitsubishi dealership for a second opinion. Mitsubishi immediately discovered that Mavis completely omitted the anti-rattle hardware clips during the initial brake job. Because the pads were left loose and riding at an angle for weeks, they ruined the assembly, leaving uneven wear on both the pads and rotors that now requires a full replacement. Leaving off essential brake hardware is a major safety negligence, but missing it twice during follow-up complaints shows an alarming lack of thoroughness. Save yourself the headache, money, and safety risk and go elsewhere.
