I had a slow leak happening from an object getting into my tire. I was in and out within 30 mins. The customer service was phenomenal! And it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! They also fixed my tire sensors for no charge! I highly recommend this place!

Mike and Tom were amazing I came in at the end of their work day with tire problem and they were so professional and extremely helpful. I really appreciate good people and these two employees are great examples of great employees. They not only fixed my tire but provided me great customer service. Had totally flat tire...air placed to get to Mavis - recommended by my son. They were polite and professional. I had four of my great grand children (ages 13 to 3) with me, too. Mavis quickly looked at my tire and plugged the hole from a screw for us and had us on the road. Great to have Mavis in my community. Wonderful to have such good service!

Had a great experience at Mavis Tire in Douglassville and wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserve! I came in after discovering a screw in one of my tires and they took care of it right away — removed the screw, plugged the tire, and didn't charge me a dime for it.
Beyond the generosity, what stood out was the customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. You can tell they actually care about the people walking through the door and not just the transaction.

I don't normally review places like this, but the experience that brought me to Mavis was so strange, I needed to write TWO reviews (one for Mavis and one for it's awful competitor up the street).
I am not from Douglassville and was passing through to visit a friend. Needed an oil change, so I tried Jiffy Lube up the street. SUPER bizarre encounter there so I left without the oil change. Luckily for me, Mavis was right up the street, so I pulled in and they took me right away. They're next door to McDonald's, so I was able to take my kiddos in for lunch while they worked on the car.
They were finished with the oil change by the time we'd finished lunch and they had my car parked and ready so it was easily "loadable" (with five kids... that was super helpful). Super nice gentleman at the counter and the car has been much happier since getting it's oil replaced. I'm so glad to know Mavis handles oil changes... I had thought they only dealt with tires and brakes.
