The GM Sean went above and beyond to correct some issues from a previous visit. I came in to inspect a tire, and they were able to find the issue in expeditious time! The manager welcomed me with warmth and grace, hoping to save me a buck on a tire replacement.
Sometimes however, life doesn’t cut luck for you that way, and I ended up needing a new tire. Fortunately, they were able to get me in and out without feeling like I waited a long time!

Walked in to get a price for a set of tires.. price only because i was looking for thr cheapest price because I'll be turning the leased car back in in a year. Shaun came out to look at my tires to see the size and how they were wearing, rather than just asking me all the details of the car (which I know but not everyone does). I was told a price, which was lower than other prices I'd gotten the day before. I told him I had one more place to go because online, they were showing a lower price. Shaun told me about their price match policy and, when I showed him the tires I'd found online but at another local tire store, actually BEAT the price feom the other place. So I was in! (I *needed* new tires.) I was offered a ride home while they got the tires installed. I politely declined because I had some other errands to run but was assured they'd get me in right away. I did what I needed to do and they called me when they were available. Rather than getting a ride home or just sitting around, I walked to some local stores and sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful day. When we were getting near the time Shaun had said, I went back inside (though Shaun said he'd call me if I wasn't there). They weren't quite done yet, but Shaun and (the woman who was there training), were so incredibly kind and pleasant to chat with while waiting. Shaun mentioned a few times how he thought I would be happy with these tires (they were the same size but not the exact ones I'd shown him) and was excited to show me the new tires. I joked...they're tires...but, I admit, they are pretty nice....for tires. When it was time to pay, Shaun was actually even able to get me an even lower price than he'd quoted. Honestly, no one likes spending hundreds of dollars in a single swipe (especially knowing how NEPA roads are just going to chew them up), but this was a surprisingly extremely pleasant experience. My other half looked at the receipt and the tires and said they are nice tires and are probably better than the ones that came on the car. I have stopped in this store in the past for other things (questions I had) and have had pleasant interactions with staff, but this customer experience was truly exceptional. Honestly, even the guy who did the work was super nice.
