  Every time I call, I am on hold for at least 7 minutes. Sometimes it just hangs up after a while, and sometimes somebody finally picks up. I have no vehicle due to an insurance claim. Waited a week for something to be available. I was told I would get a call when the rental vehicle is ready, but never got a call, so they just gave it to somebody else. Now I have to wait another day for something else to be available. I was apparently supposed to assume that the vehicle would be ready by 4, and they supposedly call if you don’t pick it up within an hour. They close at 5. I never got a call, and somehow they managed to give the car to someone else between closing on Friday and opening on Monday morning. I called at 8:00am sharp on Monday and was on hold for 10 minutes before the call just hung up. I’ve never had this much trouble at any other enterprise location before. Really disappointed in the lack of availability and poor communication. I wish there were more options in the area.

  I asked for week the decided to take it one day at a time and then i called to get for another day like i was told i was treated with disrespect and told i needed to have it back before next morning i returned it that day and still havent received my deposit back in disappointed

  First time using enterprise and I had a great experience staff was very kind n helpful I also had a smooth safe trip to and from Pittsburgh no issues what so ever I also recommend enterprise

  Living in PA it is not uncommon to "encounter " a deer. On June 1st I had a deer jump off a hillside in front of my car. The airbags went off. I needed a rental car til insurance decided what was happening with my car. Enterprise was there to help. I didn't know how long I would need the car. So I was able to secure 4 days, then add more time. A total of 2 weeks til my insurance settled with my Financial Institute. I was also able to leave the Rental car at the dealership where I purchased my replacement car. Thank you Enterprise. I also received my $200 deposit back 🙂

  Couldn’t get anyone to answer a phone call. I work EMS and was trying to help someone get a rental and was on hold for over ten minutes and just hung up. Poor guy never did get a rental.
