  Called in the evening on 6/3/2026 and the guy that answered the call was immediately standoffish as I inquired about a tow for our company. Threatened an impound and a 50% charge if we didn’t like the price after the work was done. Said he was 15 mins away from our vehicle but he was going to wait around on us to figure out how to get our delivery driver picked up, who had a flat during his route. We are a delivery company and this was our first call to shop around for a local tow. I ended up getting ahold of a company that was glad to take our business and didn’t make it seem like a burden to their day. Overall, I don’t even recommend picking up the phone to call them. They will just be rude to you over the phone. Go with a company who is glad to get the business and make money.

  Great experience. Jordan was able to help me get my wife’s car towed to one of my local mechanics. He showed up to the location in about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend if you don’t have AAA. Thanks again Jordan

  I called at 1115 on a Monday night to get a tow for my dad's Malibu. To make a long story short after waiting 3 1/2 hours at my dad's job the tow truck driver never showed and couldn't be found so we cancelled the call. The next day I called AAA again and this time I drove from our house to my dad's job to meet Eric. He was there and he did an awesome job. He was very friendly and professional. As long as they keep people like him around I won't mind using their service

  My van broke down while away from home area so I started searching. I called Elite and Brice answered and within no time he had the van loaded and delivered to my garage. Thanks again Brice

  Called, they came after about 20 minutes, no hassle and no fuss. Excellent experience. Tow truck driver was professional and helped me get my car to a garage rather quickly.
