  Matt the Manager was courteous, thorough and completed oil change as requested. He also checked my engine air filter and was truthful about not needing to change it as it wasn't very dirty.

  The employees here are extremely helpful and honest. I came in because I was experiencing an oil leak. Turns out it was from a previous oil change at a different Valvoline location. They fixed the problem quickly, correctly, and free of charge. I highly recommend visiting this location. They also rotated my tires and topped my fluids.

  I have visited this location before and had an excellent experience. It was the same crew as last time. When I told the crew I had been there before, they told me I was wrong. I did say it again with details, and again I was told I was wrong. Have an invoice with address confirming I was there. Then it went downhill. As they were changing my oil, they asked if I added oil to my car. I had not touched the oil cap ever in this car, it’s new and this is its second oil change. She told me my car was overfilled, 7 qts instead of 5. When I said I did not add oil they made it a point to tell me not to do it again, it could have impact on damaging my engine. This location is the only one to touch my oil and they overfilled last time. But of course, according to them I was never there before. Then I had to exit my car to get my tires rotated. After 5 mins in the waiting room, they came out to tell me they could not rotate my tires due to their lift. When I said that was odd since they did it last time, they doubled down again on you were not here. I just paid my bill and left. Then I got a call after getting gas to tell me they left off an engine guard and please come back. So I had to go back. For my troubles, they offered me a coupon to a Mexican restaurant for free queso with purchase. Said they could not find any valvoline coupons. I have been going to valvoline for years and it is it preferred oil change spot. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

  My new go-to spot! Rich and Matt are awesome and very friendly and knowledgeable! Super efficient, quick, and I'm always in and out. I also feel like I get top notch service and have experienced guys working on my vehicle. 10/10, keep up the awesome work and great customer service!
