    I got a big nail in my tire and they fit me in in less than an hour. Adam and Tony had me in and out quickly and took great care of my car. They explained everything they were doing in detail so I felt comfortable with their recommendation. I’ve never been here before but I will definitely be back. 10/10!

    We ended up with a flat tire on July 4th and Monro was about the only place that was open. Mike did a great job of explaining our options with the tire and they were able to complete the job in a timely manner. Don't know what we would have done if they had not been open.

    If I could leave negative stars I would. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE WITH THEM. For context, the skid place on my car came loose on my way to work. Once I made it to work I made an appointment with them for after I get off to get it repaired. I received an email confirmation that the appointment was confirmed and about an hour before my appointment I received a text message from them also confirming my appointment. It should be all good right? WRONG I just barely get there and they tell me that they "didn't see my appointment and there is no one here to help me. At that point all the other mechanics in the area are full or closed so they can't fit me in. I am now stranded because whoever you have in the front managing your appointment is incompetent or either they are using AI or something to confirm appointments.

    I am exceptionally disappointed with a recent service request at this location. I called over a week out to make an appointment for front axel brake and rotor replacement and was quoted $230. The day I arrive to my appointment, they forget my name in the system, have the wrong service request in, AND finally quote me at $600 PER AXEL instead of the estimated $230 I was told when booking. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else!

    I would give 0 stars if it let me.I had originally scheduled my appointment for 6/22/26 and received a call that they did not have a tech there to do my oil changed. They asked me to reschedule for the following day and assured me that my oil change would be done that day on 6/23/26. I arrived for my appointment on 6/23/26 at 5:30pm. I went in to check in and at that time I was told there were too many cars ahead of me and that they could either reschedule me again or I could just go to Jiffy Lube across the street. I'm not sure why you have people schedule an appointment if you are not going to honor the appointment after you had already rescheduled me once and gave my their word that my oil change would be done. I asked to speak to the manager and he was called and he asked the assistant manager what the big deal was because I could just go across the street to the Jiffy Lube. They did not understand that if you want to stay in business you need to honor the appointment and their word. I did begin to yell at that point and they ultimately did my oil change and did not charge me for it. I also heard them talking about me as though I had done something wrong as I was sitting by the counter and they were right on the other side of the counter and didn't to care that I could hear them.
