  I can’t say enough good things about the team at NTB. I came in facing a major repair with my car (new struts and an alignment), and I was incredibly stressed about the cost, being without transportation, and everything else that comes with unexpected car problems. Ashley at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me figure out a way to afford the repairs and made sure I understood my options. When I became overwhelmed and started crying at the counter, she didn’t just treat me like another customer—she treated me with genuine compassion. She even gave me a hug and helped me calm down. That kindness meant more than I can put into words. I also want to recognize Danny, the mechanic who worked on my car. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my struts, why the repair was necessary, and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work, and I left feeling confident that my car had been repaired correctly. I also want to mention another mechanic whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. When Ashley was trying to make sure I had a ride home, he even offered to drive me himself. That kind of compassion is rare, and it says a lot about the culture of this shop. While I was there, I saw Ashley dealing with several frustrated customers because of the wait times because they’re a busy shop. She remained calm, professional, respectful, and kind with every single person. She never became rude or defensive, even when people were upset. That level of professionalism deserves recognition. I know automotive repair isn’t an easy business, and unexpected repairs are never fun for customers. But this team turned one of my most stressful days into an experience where I genuinely felt cared for. My car drives great, the work was excellent, and the customer service was exceptional. Ashley and Danny deserve recognition from management for the outstanding job they do. They represent NTB incredibly well, and because of them I’ll absolutely be returning for future service and recommending this location to others.

  The man who waited on us was very nice and knowledgeable. Got tires here in the past and state inspection. Great service.

  Went to NTB Cranberry and they got me in right away and Matt took care of my tire with the best care possible, very happy with his service!

  I had a great experience at NTB today. Bob was so patient and helpful. Gary took care of me and fixed all three of my tires that had nails in them. He told me the plugs would be good for the life of my tires. Happy I didn't have to buy new tires. Thanks!

  We’ve had consistently great experiences at NTB, and today was no exception. Around 10:30 a.m., I discovered a construction staple lodged in my tire. Since I wasn’t losing air, I didn’t feel comfortable removing it myself, so I called for advice. Bob, who we’ve worked with before and have always found to be incredibly helpful, answered the phone and got me scheduled for a 3:00 p.m. appointment the same day. Another local shop had told me they were booking four days out. When I arrived, Matt thoroughly inspected the tire, carefully removed the staple, and confirmed there was no puncture or damage. I appreciated the time he took to make sure everything was safe and in good condition. What keeps us coming back to this NTB location is the trust we’ve built with the team. They’re efficient, straightforward, and never make you feel pressured. Communication is clear, and we leave feeling confident in the work that was done. We’ll certainly continue to bring our vehicles here and highly recommend them to others.
