  Service complete as requested. However time was not specified when it would be completed. Made a reservation for 9am took all day until the shop closed for it to be completed. This was a day I had to work nightshift and needed it to be done before I went to work. Obviously I underestimated how long it would take to examine and patch a tire from a small hole( 6hrs). This is the second time I've been to NTB in cranberry and from what I can gather- if Bob is there things run smoothly. If Bob is not there and it is a substitute manager(which they will let you know multiple times. " This is not my usual store. I am just filling in today.") it is extremely unorganized, untimely and inefficient. Price is not terrible, around the same as any other service place. It was close to my house, but considering multiple other vehicle service location in the area I will not be going back to NTB

  I got off the turnpike and noticed my back tire on driver side was 15. Luckily I was in the vicinity of NTB. The manager and my service technician, Gary, did an excellent job in fixing my tire and getting me back on the road. Their concern for my safety was very much appreciated.

  I picked up a large nail in my left rear tire. although I wasn't losing air. I easily scheduled an online appointment the Cranberry National Tire & Battery. Cranberry NTB was a natural choice because of the great service I received there previously when I had a flat tire last year. Last evening 9/24/26, Gary at NTB did a great job removing a nail from my left rear tire. I was able to watch his diligent and thorough work through a window in the waiting room, which was reassuring to see. Ashley at the service desk was also very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The combination of excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a positive experience is what brought me back to the Cranberry location. Excellent service all around! I would definitely recommend Cranberry NTB.

  I cannot say enough about Ashley and Ed on my last visit to NTB. I was visiting Pittsburgh and got a nail in my tire on the afternoon that I was supposed to drive home. It was of course a Saturday and I had called 2 other places before NTB. Ashley was so sweet to make sure that the repair could be done before closing time before I brought my car in. Closing time came and went, but Ashely assured me it would be done- and it was! Ed was the repair technician and couldn't have been nicer about getting a nail in my less that a month old tires! I will recommend NTB to those in need in the future!

  Not recommended – the "free" battery inspection is just a sales tactic We brought our truck in running and starting perfectly fine. We had jump-started it on Friday, and on Sunday we took it in for the free battery inspection. We dropped it off, and they told us the diagnosis would be ready in about an hour and a half. They never called. We had to go back and ask. The diagnosis was simply "needs a new battery" — nothing more. We accepted and waited for their call again. They never called, even though when we went back to ask about the diagnosis, the work was already done. Again, no phone call. I asked again what the diagnosis was, and the answer was: "dead battery." That's it. No voltage reading (which it clearly wasn't dead), no CCA numbers, nothing. On top of that, the person at the front counter was very rude. She also gave us two completely different stories: she told my wife the battery could last up to a week and she could drive it before replacing it, but she told me the battery was just dead. Totally inconsistent. They only offer the free test to sell you a battery.
