  Editing this after they really went above and beyond to make things right: Went in to get the new tire put on and I wanted to make sure there was in fact a nail. The team pulled the tire and thoroughly inspected it and found there was no nail in the tire. They even pulled the tire off the rim to search and cleaned up any corrosion. They could have easily taken my money and put the tire on but they didn't.

  Bob was extremely helpful with getting me the right tires for my vehicle. This was my first experience with them and I couldn't be more satisfied. I'll be back!

  I’ve had service performed in the past with minimal issues. However, the complete lack of communication in this latest instance is just not acceptable as a business. After being told before scheduling my initial appt that they could repair an ambient temperature sensor issue, I dropped off the car at my scheduled appt time. However, the requested sensor work was not performed (oil change and state inspection were performed). The manager offered to make it right by actually inspecting the sensor issue a couple days later and found an additional part was needed, so no repairs could be made that day. After 2 weeks of working with them and being without A/C in the vehicle in the dead of summer, the part allegedly came in. I rescheduled the appt for today at 10:00 am and was specifically told I could wait as the repair would take 30 minutes. I took off work for an hour and arrived at 10:00 am, but was told, after waiting in the waiting room for 10 minutes, that I had to leave the vehicle for the day. I have no other vehicle today and no way of leaving the vehicle for the day since that requires advanced planning. After informing staff that I could not leave the vehicle for the day, the manager came at me with an attitude, which was incredibly disappointing since he was the person to specifically schedule the appointment for today at 10:00 am as a waiter. Simple communication throughout the entire process, especially today, would have alleviated all of these issues. While signs were there the last 2 weeks, I remained patient based on my prior experiences. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this facility due to a complete lack of communication, poor customer service skills, and inability to complete requested service work. Something has happened there within the last year or so as evidenced by recent reviews on Yelp.

  This is my second time at this NTB location, and I’ve had great experiences both times. I can’t remember his name, but the same gentleman has helped me on both visits and has always been kind, honest, and helpful. He made sure my Audi received the maintenance it needed without trying to overcharge or pressure me into unnecessary services. I came in worried something serious was wrong with my engine, and he took the time to calmly explain everything and ease my nerves. Even with how busy the shop gets, he made all customers feel like their cars were in good hands. They’re also pretty efficient, so I wasn’t waiting around all day. My only suggestion would be to provide complimentary water for customers, but otherwise, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences and would definitely recommend this location

  Is there less than one star? We had the worst scary experience with this shop. We were traveling from Toledo Ohio to Hershey Pennsylvania when the van developed a bad shake and we couldn't get it over 60 mph. We stopped here on the way and waited 3 hours. They balanced the front tires, took it out for a drive at 60 mph and said it didn't shake. They said one of the back tires had a small buldge but it was safe. All at no charge. As soon as we got back on the turnpike it was still shaking but we eventually got to our destination. Took it to Walmart tire shop the next day and they were shocked at how dangerous the back tires were. They had never seen tires like that that didn't blow. I am so angry they let my family drive under those conditions! If they didn't have the time or didn't want the business, they should have just told us instead of risking our lives! Completely untrustworthy and unethical shop. Dangerous that they are a national company.
