  I've used enterprise many times in the past, Fridays rental was the slowest I've ever delt with. It took almost an hour. Granted the kid was pretty new, but an hour???

  The cars we reserve online aren’t available at this location. We had a reservation made atleast 20 hours earlier, and we could still make reservation at the time we were in the store. They didn’t take any responsibility and didn’t help find any alternative options. Check before you book a car here

  RAY made my rental experience smooth and stress-free. He was courteous, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me. He made me feel like more than just another customer. Excellent service!

  The very worst experience renting a vehicle i have ever had. I rent weekly with my company and this was horrible. They treated me like I was a complete criminal because of an address discrepancy. I was looked at and talked to like a low life. Maybe its cause I have tattoos or dont dress like your typical business professional. Either way. I will never use this location again. I've learned my lesson. If at all possible I would avoid this location. Tweens with attitudes is all you will get.
