  The sales rep that helped me with my pick up of the rental did not want to answer any question, kept telling me the price after I asked questions about discounts I had through my work benefits, said there wasn’t navigation, the vehicle had 3 quarts of the gas filled. I called customer service and they stated they couldn’t make any changes and said they would escalate it to a manager and email me. I had extended my reservation a few times. There was no follow up. The site advertised 15% after 3 days and that wasn’t applied to my rental either. Poor communication, lack of follow through, and not the best experience.

  Have used Enterprise in the past and generally quite happy until now. This time, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the car and service. At drop off I inspected the car with the representative. We made several notations, including the fact that the drivers seat was soiled. It was a very rainy day, and I drove off. The rearview window was very hazy that I initially assumed was moisture due to the weather. Later inspection showed that the inside of the rear window was filthy. The front windshield was also dirty and hazy; wiping a finger across it left a clear distinct line. I later pulled out the owners manual from the glove compartment and found a personal folder containing insurance information, drivers permit, and rental agreement left from a prior customer two months earlier in June, in addition there was a rental agreement from a different customer in July. The owner’s card for the vehicle was expired. I attempted to call the local Enterprise office, but the phone was never answered and I left a message – the call was returned by someone in a different office. After several days, I received an email from a manager with a current owner’s card attachment. There was never a return phone call and nobody ever addressed the dirty condition of the car or the personal information I found on two prior customers. I personally mailed the folder of documents to a prior client and destroyed the agreement from the other – both contained personal information, including phone number and address. There were definite soil marks on all cloth seats that would require shampoo to get them off. In retrospect, I should have been a more demanding customer and returned for a clean car. But I continued to drive the vehicle for 3 weeks as I was only using it locally while my car was in the shop. Overall, service has certainly declined dramatically from prior experiences, and I was very disappointed.

  I would not trust this branch. Go to the one in Beaver Falls or Moon. This location is not run with care.

  The team were great! I received a car and had no problems with Erie insurance taking care of the $. They had one ready for me. It was nice and clean. The great part also was when my car was repaired I just left rental at Body by Cochan Zelie and Enterprise retrieved it. Yay!
