  The worst experience, the vehicle that was given to me did not run good. They didn’t want to give me another rental stating that’s all that they had on the lot, a few dollars were giving back to me. However, I am receiving toll charges for $200 for three days from PA to Jersey. No one had any explanations no one helped me numbers that they gave me to try to get in touch with corporate were out of service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  They have NO customer parking. They will sometimes drive you to a park and ride a few miles away, but AFTER waiting in line for well over a half hour I was informed they only do that on certain days/times - which are not advertised anywhere. They suggested parking my car at the business next door, who previously told me in no uncertain terms they do NOT allow Enterprise customers to leave their cars there, and that if I did so it would get towed. If you want to rent a car there, either bring a friend or plan on walking.

  Horrible experience with this location! We reserved the largest size SUV they have to move my son into his dorm. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were told that the largest car they had available was a minivan, which would have to be picked up from another location.. Had to walk away and make several trips with our smaller car. Never dealing with Enterprise again.

  Was told I could use my debit card then they wouldn't let me smh will never go there again
