  I was in between jobs so I wasn't prepared for the dollar amount needed to get my car up to code, but Mike worked with me to get it to a reasonable amount, and Shawn ensured that everything was done and that I got my car back in a timely manner. Everyone is extremely professional and personable, kind and understanding. I bring my car here when it needs work done and it being down the road from where I live is even more convenient.

  Not a good experience specifically at this location. The entrance to the parking lot is so steep if you have a lower car you are guaranteed to scrape the bottom or fall into the massive pothole in the middle of the road. Charged an insane amount for brake replacement and after having the work done I had brake problems after.

  Great place to go if you want them to "forget to screw in the main bolt" to your breaks and let you leave and drive with the thing hanging off. Just saying the squeeking was "new brakes" Not to mention the manager of store crushing my bumper off the giant potholes at the bottom of their hill. An entrance even their employees told me not to use and to use the other entrance cause cars get messed up. But when Mike the Manager road tests it he comes in that way and hands me my keys with half my bumper hanging off and a nasty scrape. Calling about it he replies with "Well what do you want me to do." This is THE most UNPROFESSIONAL shop on the planet. Been here 4 times in 1 week just to have them pump my car right back out in worse shape then I found it each and everytime. This place seriously needs the owners to come in and take a look at the employees they have working here. The damage from the missing bolt and loose brakes is being inspected by another store and legal action will 100% be taken upon all the other issues during these visits. Not to mention the invoice they had originally done was left completely blank so corporate had to jump through hoops just to see what was even done to my car in the first place. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.

  Mike, the manager was very helpful and a very nice person and he helped me out with my car by fixing it professionally and I had a good experience at Monroe
