  interesting office. at first it felt a little suspicious cause it was very cheap, bare minimum looking. was uncertain where to park as there was a notice to webuy customers that they could be towed if parked in an area that was right next to their door. However, the guy there was super nice, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I probably should have insisted on 100 or 200 more but I had taken the chance and drove the car there (inspection stickers outdated) and Also I was just ready to get rid of that responsibility…and besides, they provided an Uber home. Also, they zelle’d the payment and i had it before i left the office. so my takeaway is have them come to you, or arrive prepared to walk away if you believe or know your car is worth it. I would absolutely use their services again and certainly would refer others to use them. BTW it was a 2008 Acura MDX 249K+ miles. brand new tires, batteries and back brakes. however, it was revealed to me there was a rusted hole in the frame under the car. offer on line went from 1330.00 to $400. sort of a bummer for me but still glad to be done with it.
