  If I could do 6 stars I would. Gabriella @We buy any Car in corapolis was wonderful to work with. She was kind and knowledgeable. She wanted me to understand the valuation of the car and I received a fair amount -Close to what others had offered. We were done in an hour and I walked out with the check. She truly knows what customer service is all about! Thank you!

  We submitted an online quote that said we would get between $680 if our 2011 Toyota Tundra SR5 4.6L double cab 4x4 with a 6 1/2 bed was not drivable and up to $7,300 if it was. Dan (Daniel) who serves the Pittsburgh area as part of their Mobile Buying Service came to our house on Saturday July 18th, drove and conducted his evaluation. When I asked, he said our vehicle was between average and rough condition and offered us $2,000. I told him that was insulting and their competitor offered us $4,000 without even seeing it. He immediately countered his price and offered us $4,000 which we declined. He followed up asking us what amount we were looking to get, still willing to negotiate. Based on our research, the average trade-in value is $5,500 for (rough/fair) to $8,000 (clean). Do your research before you sell your vehicle to them. EDITED TO INCLUDE A RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE. Jeremy, The online review was submitted as not running, an employee called and informed me I would only receive $680 therefore I had it towed to Meineke to install a new water pump and thermostat prior to the home visit. When I received a confirmation call prior to the onsite visit, I informed them it was now drivable. Two obvious tires were worn and replaced today from a prior mechanical issue that had been repaired and aligned a month ago. I recall two accidents, one, where the rear fender was dented and repaired at a body shop through my insurance, and another where somebody damaged my mirror with their mirror in passing, which was fully repaired at the same body shop. What 15 year old truck doesn't have a few small dents. There is no rust/oxidation on either bumper. There were not at the time of the evaluation and still are not any active fault codes from an OBD-ll diagnostic scan. The last one was from a spark plug that had failed and was since replaced. We were never offered over $4,000 to match a competitor's price. We were with Dan the whole half hour that he was here evaluating the vehicle, and he did not in any way explain any findings or their effect on the price, just a general generic response. What is your offer that exceeds the competitors offer of $4,000? Tom and Linda
