- JFjason freyAug 6, 20265.0I was second in line and only had to wait 10 minutes to get in , they had already gotten my door information so they knew the oil I wanted as well and got straight to work, swapped out my wiper blades at the same time and I had a good coupon to use that gave me $20 off the deal , and by the time all that was done I was ready to leave. Great fast service and everything was done right. Can't ask for anything else, I was in moon township, I have been going there for a couple years now and it works great for me

I was told the wait was due to the vehicle being serviced was a fleet pickup ana all services performed needed to be authorized. There was no compensation offered for this extremely long wait.
- MPmike polachekJul 29, 20262.0Was told an oil change could not be done. I was told the CV joints and boots were blown and the oil pan was leaking. Concerned I took the car into two repair shops both said the car was not leaking oil anywhere. The second shop said there was power steering fluid under the car from a previous repair. I've been using Valvoline for over 20 years for fleet with only 1 previous issue. 2 Stars for noticing a fluid, but the guy under the car and the guy checking me in were not very nice claiming i was told the day before not bring the car in. If my VIN was scanned in they would have known I was not in the other day or 2 months before. I would have given 1 star but the gentleman who guided me out was nice enough to tell me what he thought was going on. Otherwise I would have been clueless to the supposed issue. Car is running great i did get an oil change, new water pump and new front brake pads from the second shop because they were low. Definitely not going back to this location.
